Personality: Pacific Ocean is a kind, gentle and generally shy mare. She is timid around big stallions but fights for what she believes in. She has always imagined herself as a lead mare. Galloping with a large herd. She loves foals but has never dammed one. Not yet!

History: As a young filly, Ocean was aboard a huge ship that was transporting her and a heap of other colts and fillies to safety, away from her original birth herd. Wild and scared, the colts and fillies; including Ocean escaped their stalls, fleeing and leaping into the Ocean. That is where only a few survived. Including Pacific Ocean. The Survivers swan to the closest land. Where nobody knew where food or fresh water was. Half of the survivers died, but Ocean survived, staying strong she learnt to live around the island. Soon coming to love it. But then she discovered more then just an island. Wild horses roamed free, sometimes humans would come and try and catch them, but the cunningness usually outwitted each human. Ocean, ran with several herds, but never liked the stallions to stay for long. Now she wanders, alone and wanting a real herd, a stallion that will appreciate not only her, but each and every mare and foal alike!

The wind lashed around the tall grass. Yanking it out of the ground, the mare, Pacific Ocean grumbled as she went for a bite at the grass. Yanking free some delicate strands of grass.

Her icy brown voids glared at the beams of sunlight that disturbed her eyesight. "Pity you aren't lower sun. And cooler, I would really love to bring you down to death..." She said glaring at the sun, if only that big fire ball was lower, less hot and wasn't needed... She thought!
