Aaw, I like the use of lighting to indicate the texture, it's really very well done. I don't see any problem with the stomach at all, it just seems that the right foot looks a little to big or at an odd angle when compared with the left one? I'm not really sure whether it's the lighting or my eyesight but if you chose to work on the image further, maybe just make the feet slightly more similar. That's really the only thing I see that might be odd about it, however I can't really critique you as I know I couldn't do it any better myself c:
