MY GOD. I've been working on this house in Sims 3 for 12 HOURS.
...How have I even been awake that long?!
....... And it's not even near finished! I've just been playing around with creating a recessed floor garage, which I eventually had to get rid of because it made part of the wall stick through my pretty roof, which made my roof ugly. So now I have a perfectly flat and level-with-everything garage, which is exactly one grid square from the edge of my lot.
And that's not even the half of it.
I have no freaking clue where all of my time has gone, considering that I only barely have the walls erected for the first floor. It's like I spent waaaaay too many hours switching on and off my moveobjects on/off and constrainfloorelevation true/false codes, and then having to fix crap when something went wrong and a graphic broke. At least my landscape and deck look pretty, even if they are not even near done, either.
It must be the landscape. There is no other thing I could have possibly spent so much time on, but for the broken graphics.
I do have lots of flowers and shrubs and trees... all mixed together, with color gardens and theme gardens and shaped gardens...... both formal and informal themes represented......
Well, I suppose it makes sense that that's what I would spend my time on.
I'll just chalk this up as gaining experience in designing a landscape (and/or using landscape design software) and hope my landscaping teacher takes the bait and gives me some extra credit come spring semester.
HOLY CHEEZITS, now I'm gonna have to spend even MORE time playing Sims 3! D:>
I was hacked. Not going to remake all my groups and such unless I feel like it. That's a lotta work. Don't bother with trades, everything's a mess.
Need:

Will offer
reasonable overpay.
.Note to self:
Reduce idiot level.

Pet peeve, I can't stand the phrase 'siggy.' It doesn't look nice, nor does it sound good in my head...
I also hate 'grump', 'goofy' or 'lame.' They just sound unbearably stupid. Of course, I have to deal with people who say them ALL the time. My nerves have enough things parked on them. They don't need some motorcycles doing wheelies in the parking lot for no reason, and making a bunch of noise on the roads of my nerves. :S
CHAOS, CHAOS! I CAN DO ANYTHING!
