Joker was once a man with a plan.... He was a schemer..... Then he decided he didn't like that man anymore.... and he realized the rules didn't apply to him, because the only sensible way to live in this chaotic world.... was without rules. Jack Napier died.... and The Joker was born.

What do you call a man who wears white and black greasepaint, red lipstick, and green hair dye? Joker is a man who wants to show the world what he really looks like on the inside, so he painted his face on the outside so everyone could get a good look. Joker wears cakey makeup over his olive, well wrinkled skin. Despite being only 27, Joker's face is very well wrinkled from his glasgow scars. His body is riddled in scars, bruises, and possibly infected wounds that he wears proudly. He walks slightly hunched over and his head a bit on the side because of a bad injury he got when he was a child. Joker is surprisingly thin under his baggy clothing, and has a very slight frame.

Where to begin!? Joker was badly abused as a child, and he personally saw to his father's death when he was only 10. His mother thought he was a monster since he learned to speak, so Joker didn't really care for her either. Joker never really fell in love with anyone, and the short time that he lived a normal life, he had no friends or family. However, when Joker decided throw all that out the window and became Gotham's worst fear..... He met Batman. Joker was entranced by this man who felt the compulsive urge to be so good! Joker wants to show Batman the flip side to this glorious light.... He wants to show Batman his darkness.

Joker is a man without a plan. He has been called a mad dog, a loose dog, a monster, and insane..... And they are all true. Joker is insane. Though he doesn't like admitting it. Joker is resourceful, intelligent, fast paced, and eager to get things done. Joker is cunning, but calling him a schemer will result in your head getting blown off. Joker is very violent, and he does not, in any way, enjoy being offended. Some people might call him trigger happy, but a better term would probably be knife-happy. Joker is a sadomasochist, leaning more towards masochism, and he loved to mess with people's minds.....

The Past..
Joker cannot remember a time when he was happy. His father abused him, his mother despised him. He was alone for all of his life. A lot of Joker's memories have been suppressed, compartmentalized, and utterly destroyed. He couldn't recall his memories even if you threatened him.....

More or less neutral because of her tendencies to do both good and bad.

• History •
Animal, not surprisingly, didn't have a very good childhood. She had a drunkard and a crook for parents that were hardly around and when they were they weren't ever not fighting over money some other stupid thing. Even when she was young she had problems. She'd have terrible fits, not as bad as they were now, but her parents would physically harm her because of them. They thought she was simply being a defiant child and thought the most logical way to get rid of her rebellious spirit was to beat it out of her.

Unfortunately, that only made Animal's tantrums get worse and worse as she was punished harder each time she got out of line. Her body and subconscious mind took it as her life being put into jeopardy and sought to cease the assaults. While Animal did get quite violent with them, it wasn't she that caused the death of her parents. No, her mother died of a lung disease when she was eight and her father was shot three years later while robbing a store with a knife.

Being only eleven, Animal was not allowed to live by herself just yet and either way, after an evaluation of her mental health, she was dubbed highly unstable. She had to stay at an asylum until she was eighteen and had not had a fit in over a year and a half. One could only imagine how Animal felt, having to live out her young life in a crazy house with possible murders and the truly insane. It caused her to stew on her emotions for a long time, building them up until they exploded the second she was free.

That was how Animal created her reputation. She was not going back to the asylum, she absolutely refused to return to that hell hole. Every time someone would try and apprehend her, she would go wild and someone always ended up covered in blood. Animal wasn't sure if she'd ever killed anyone, she had never stuck around to be sure. All she knew was that she usually had blood on her hands and face, be it hers or someone else's.

The main colors of the suit being silver and black, the fabric is a durable collaboration of leather and Egyptian cotton. It's quite basic really, the only defining traits are the open spaces on the sides that expose tattooed skin, and the belt around her upper waist that are used to carry and conceal weapons. Another thing is the emblem on her chest, her "signature," four bloody claw marks. But Animal's favorite part of the ensemble is her leather gloves. They have retractable white claws that are almost impossible to break. They're also her primary weapons, seeing as she's most skilled in hand-to-hand and close range combat.

• Personality •
Animal is.. unpredictable, she's practically bipolar and schizophrenic- though she's never been tested for fear of finding the truth, and she doesn't like doctors. While she can be energetic and rather devious at times, she's also capable of some brutal things. She lacks a moral compass to direct her in which path she should take. Animal really just does what she feels like, not caring about the consent of others and the law. Though if she wants to, she can do the right thing but, only for self-satisfaction, not because it was necessarily the right thing to do.

But Animal has more to her than just that. She's really very childlike in nature. She loves to be spontaneous and will say the most craziest of things when she's in a good mood. She can get rather "feisty" as well and has a habit of leeching onto people and clinging to them. She's also a bit of a seductress. However, if Animal is in a different mindset, one that's less than cheerful, she can be very.. unpleasant.

When Animal gets worked up she gets fidgety and mutters things to herself. She's known for getting into heated arguments with herself over the strangest of things- such as what she had for breakfast or what boardgames she didn't like. But that's not even her bad side. When Animal gets angry, that's when she starts to loose control of herself. She can keep her temper from boiling over for a little while, but if something is said or done to really upset her... But, it's not just anger than can push her over the edge. It could be a sudden rush of sorrow that overwhelms her. It's really any type of strong negative emotion that can agitate her.

In many ways Animal is very dangerous because of her unpredictability and delicate psyche. You really don't ever know when she could suddenly snap. You might not even have to say or do anything, her train of thoughts could just somehow set her off and make her highly sensitive to any sort of emotional trigger.

Animal really is just weird, you'd figure that out after the first sentence exchanged with her. She also isn't someone easily forgotten. Chances are, if you've ever met her once, exchanged pleasantries, or just happened to be in a room with her for a few minutes you'd never forget her. Be it a good experience or a bad one.

• Powers •
It's not much of a power, more of just a lack in psychological control. Animal goes into a certain state of mind that is erratically triggered by either strong emotions or through the bestial need of self-preservation that can make her more than a little "feral." She simply goes wild and seeks to tear apart anything in her way with strong shots of adrenaline increasing her strength to its peak and making all five senses at their best and becoming less aware of the pain inflicted on her body.

• Strengths/Weaknesses •
Animal's greatest strength is also her greatest weakness. While her untameable mind makes her incredibly strong and more tolerable to pain, it also takes away from her. She can't make logical decisions, she can't control herself, and she can't tell when she's been injured to a potentially dangerous extent. She just doesn't know when to stop- which is why it could possibly be the death of her one day.

Another flaw in her capabilities is that Animal's "power" could also very well take away from her life expectancy- it's slowly draining her. Each time she goes into a fit, she stays that way a little longer each time, constantly gnawing away at her life's essence to fuel her raging body.
