Damon was patroling the border of a territory by himself. A little lonely being by himself he looked up in the sky back in a general direction of the camp. Wish someone was out with me. He thought dully and he trudged along, checking the scents. In one split second, he felt a sharp pain in his lower back. "What was that?" He said, giving a little yip and a whine. In the snow, he saw a small piece of ice laying there. Hail! He thougth as he looked up in the sky, a larger clear looking object was falling towards him. What the.... Damon thought as he suddenly jumped out of the way, relizing it was another piece of hail and it smashed into the ground, showering him with snow. I must get out of here. Damon thought to himself as he started to dash towards the camp that was still a long ways away since he was by the border. It was now snowing hard, hail falling around him, seeming to get bigger by each one that fell. The winds were starting to pick up now, pulling his fur this way and that. I'm not going to be able to make it back to the camp in time! He thought paniclly. I need to find a place to stay until this calms down.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Soon Damon had found a rock that supported a hole and space inside big enough for him to go into. He may had been cramped inside, but the den was tall enough for him to stand on his hindquarters, and from wall to wall around it was about two of his body lenghts, with also a dirft floor. Luckily the entrance was only big enough for him to barley to squeeze his body in and had another flat supported stone covering the entrance. Suddenly there was a loud crash, which made his give out a loud bark. It was all dark now except for a few cracks in the wall and a few strings of light in the general direction of the entrace. What has happened? He thougth as he walked over to the entrance nervously. He poked his nose out, expecting to stick his nose out into the stinging cold winds, but unexpectedly bumped his nose into a cold solid stone. Something must have fallen on to the stone, and now i'm traped in here! Damon thought, starting to pace back and forth on the dirt floor. Wait, the DIRT floor, I can dig myself out! He thought excitedly as he started to plows his paws into the earth.

Tyrant lifted his head up from where he was resting under the protection of a large evergreen tree. He shivered looking around at the growing amount of snow. The warrior jumped to his paws and shook the built upsnow of his well musuled body. "Better get back to the camp" he said to himself panic slowly building up inside him as he looked around the forest, everthing was becoming quickly ingulfed by the heavy wet snow. Ty scented the air he picked up only the linguring scents of his pack mates, the snow covering any scent markings. <I shouldn't have wandered so far> he thought scolding himself. A violent shiver pasted though his body agian as he picked up a steady jog though the snow following the distant smells.

Feahon rushed though the forest hot on the trail of a juciy white tail deer. Her breathing was rapid and her legs tiring she was warned not to follow the deer since the snow was falling so fast, but being newer to the pack Fea felt the need to prove herself. The deer slipped and Fea pounced. Mid air and huge gust of wind sent a cloud of snow and hail into Fea's eyes and face. Fea yelpped in suprise and fell into the snowy ground blinking rapidly trying to clear her eyes of dibris. The deer hurried away. "darn!" Fea growled hopping up to her paws frusterated she spun around to follow her yearlier made paw prints back to the camp. "oh no" she gasped staring down at the snow covered path her scent and paw prints long burried in the snow "witch ways home." The young she-wolf sat down panic and fear filling her.

Pandora's golden coloured eyes scanned the forest, in search for food. Though the snow fell heavily around her, and the weather was relentless and unforgiving, she pressed on. Her nose pressed into the cold, white snow and searched for a scent of a hibernating animal. Much to her disappointment, she found no prey. The female sighed and looked worriedly up to the dark sky, yelping as a piece of hail hit her on the shoulder. The pain that followed was unbearable, but she had no shelter close by and there was no way she was going to lay down and recover; she would get pelted by even more hail. Another ball of the ice dropped down on her, barely missing her as she leapt out of the way, falling onto a cold slab of ice. VERY cold. It was then Pandora looked down, her face a mask of horror as she realized she was ontop of an ice sheet on the river.

Aislin whined and peered out at the snow. It looked harmless to her, but she had a sense of foreboding in her stomach, and the others seemed scared, so she remained hiding in her small den. She prodded at the snow tenatively. The female winced as a large piece of hail fell to the ground right outside her den, hitting her paw as it fell. The other wolves were tucked away in their dens, hiding from the unforgiving weather. Aislin sighed and closed her eyes, looking away from the other wolves as they talked.

The hail battered down on the ground, now as heavy as ever. Judeq lowered his ears and whined painfully, feeling the large clots of ice smash onto his body with loud cracks. The rain didn't help, either. It pelted down hard on him, way too hard for him to bear. He felt like falling to the ground right there and then, but Judeq knew he had to stay strong.
The thunder made cackle-like noises in the black sky, making the young wolf tremble with fear. He was far away from the other pack wolves, which made him even more scared. He waited for a familiar face, a tail, a scent, anything. Anything would do.
After a few minutes, which seemed like hours of numbing pain, Judeq still had no sight of a wolf. Or anything, for that matter. It seemed that everything in the forest had hidden themselves away, like this was some daily routine for them or something. But Judeq had never experienced many storms before, and whenever he had, he was always with someone else. But this time it was different. No one was there to support him now.

Jude looked around desperately, squinting his eyes to try and sheild the pieces of ice out from going into them. His breathing got faster as he stepped into a clearing. The rain was still heavy, and heavier than ever before. It was too much, Judeq couldn't stand it!
A loud crash of thunder shattered in the sky, and a white light flashed brightly before fading away. Judeq yelped in fright, holding his tail between his legs and cowering in a small brown ball of wet fur. "Eloi...Eloi my darling...Eloi..." Jude mumbled to himself, crying tears of pain and fright. He remembered his mother who had always said that the God Eloi would be there to protect him whenever he was in doubt. But the thought of his mother made him cry even more.

"ELOI!!" He screamed, lifting his head with his eyes clamped shut tight, his voice echoing around the forest like a yodeling warrior of some sort. "Ahhh!"
A tree creaked forwards, almost lunging at Judeq with it's firey branches. A strike of lightning had stabbed the tree through its trunk.
And Jude's scream hadn't helped the situation, either.
Gasping for sheer life, Judeq could do nothing but stand there with a mask of horror as the tree plummeted to the ground, falling like a mighty oak.
His eyes widened, waiting for the feeling of being slammed.

CRASH!

The tree had fallen just next to him, flaring up in a blaze of smoke and flames. Judeq yelped in terror, running away from the tree as fast as his legs could carry him.
"Daddy!!" A shrill voice called, searching around for a parent. A baby rabbit trembled with fear, crying and seemingly dying with horror.
Judeq remembered Edgar...And his small lifeless body.
No, he wouldn't see that again. Not ever.
Taking a breath of bravery, he swooped into the tree, opening his jaws and clamping them around the baby rabbit. It squirmed and screamed with terror, crying with fear.
Judeq jumped out of the tree, and dashed away. Away from the tree, away from everything. He came to the edge of the forest, and looked back at the tree before it exploded with a burst of flames, and Judeq ran for his life, breathing roughly and his face covered with ashes.

Bread stared at the hail he dragged in. He turned and brushed some snow off of it with his bushy tail. He wrapped his paws around it,dragged it to the middle of the den, and began circling around it. "I wonder what this is, and how it got up there..." He crept out of the den again, but this time he couldn't see anything. Everything was dead white, and it seemed so bright it hurt his eyes. He shut them tight and turned away. "Alright, mysterious ice thing from the sky..." He sat down in front of it. "It looks like we're snowed in and stuck in here for a while... But no matter! We shalt have fun!" He grinned and wagged his tail.

Tenacious growled at the falling snow and hail, swiping at them angrily. Hail fell like rain from the sky, sending the snow flying at his face. "Well, that's just wonderful." He grumbled, shaking his pelt, showering the snow in all directions. He kicked at the ground with his paws, he grabbed a stone and threw it at the sky as it seemed to taunt him. Tenacious turned and stomped towards the trunk of his tree. "Raahhh!" He shouted at it and swiped at it. "Yow..." He hurt his paw, the bark felt just like ice, as if he hadn't gotten enough of that. "You better hold something nice, warm and juicy hibernating somewhere in there, tree." He dug at the base of it, sniffing it every now and then. He looked up at the branches and trotted around it, searching for any sign of a hole or something. Ten snarled and blew the long fur covering his face away and puffed up his fur as he padded away from the safety of his tree. He ran as fast as he could, looking around the vast white ice land. And, to his luck, he tripped, and fell into a huge crater. Or at least that's what he thought it felt like. He took shelter under a ledge, grumbling to himself.

I will "Leave Out All The Rest" and "Runaway" to be "By Myself." I will find "Somewhere I Belong" and be "One Step Closer" to finding a "Cure For The Itch." However, I'm not "Forgotten" because I'm "With You", "Crawling" under your skin like a "Papercut." "In The End" I will find "A Place For My Head" and the "Shadow of The Day" will wipe away "What I've Done." There will be "No More Sorrow" in this "New Divide."

Ursala sniffed the air and looked up wearily. Greeaat. Just what I need. A ******* storm. she swore silently. She was wandering at the outskirts of the camp, feeling bored when all of a sudden, an icy wind blasted her in the face. She could distantly hear the other wolves, just in range of her senses. They all seem to express similar feelings. She shivered as another wind blew, almost toppling her over. The ground has numbed her pads, they couldn't feel much. She sneezed as a shower of snow dropped on top of her. "Oh great!" her voice shouted, muffled by the mound of snow. Ursala poked her head out of it and realised she had been under a tree. Mental note: Do not go under trees when it's snowing. She wriggled out, and realised she was on a cliff. Oh, and she was skidding.

Ursala screamed, but immediately took action. She dug her claws into the slippery ice and scrabbled around to find any rocks jutting out. Luckily, there was one. She breathed a sigh of relief and looked down. Oh my, is that...Pan?!

As he searched around for a coat of fur or anything at all, Îneric's ears had perked at the sign of another wolf. Up ahead he had noticed a young she-wolf [[ Feahon ]] as his tail sliced through the air. "Feahon!" The male barked as his paws beat against the snow; running towards the other canine. He approached her then steadied to a walk, as he dipped his head in a greeting. "Please, miss. You should be heading back to the dens... It's not safe out here in the open." He sounded out of breath and in a slight panic, as he shifted from one foot to the other. Întuneric was not afraid of the hail nor his life; but the other wolves'.

Dreamcatcher looked up as a large cracking noise came to her ears, forcing them to perk up in alertness. She leapt away from the tree with a soft yelp as branches fell under pressure, smacking onto the ground. The femme looked around then shivered as the hail hit her mercilessly. She went to step forward but gave into the weakness of her legs as she stumbled forward into the sheet of snow; laying there. Dream closed her eyes as her ears droop in meloncholy... Would she ever make it to the dens? She whined softly but her cries could not be heard too far, as the hail storm had blocked out most of the noise around her.

She heard no birds, no crunching leaves... What was beautiful at this point?

[[ Wait. There's no actual fire, correct? I thought the storm was just snow and hail. ]]

Fang blinked open her eyes as snow fell on her, she prefered sleeping outside when she could. Great, I better try and get back to the dens... She stood up and stretched before looking around but her sight was already blurred by the constant snow. She flinched as a large piece of hail hit her shoulder but she refused to scream. A tree behind her creaked and crashed a couple feet away. Fang shivered, not just from cold, and took off across the snow. I have no clue which way the dens are but it's better to keep moving, I'll at least stay warmer that way. Another tree fell nearby as she continued to weave her way through the trees and ended up on the river. She shivered at the ice underpaw and walked back to the shore with quite a bit of sliding. Now wet and sore from the hail she just layed down at the edge of the river and tried again to see through the snow Great again, I managed to get myself lost but at least here there aren't as many trees, I won't die from getting flatened.
