I'm holding an auction for my Speckled Rat, and I'm not sure how to rank these two bids against one another:

Which is better and why?

EDIT: I'm guessing that Bid 1 is still better because it has two Septembers and one low Advent on it while Bid 2 has one September and one mid-Advent on it? I'm not sure how the Christmas Tree Dog compares to a mid-September like the Light Heart Rat.
