Here's my entry! I couldn't get the sketches of the others right so I just went with Umbra haha :3

By god, I've figured it out, Johnson!
I've discovered the center of criticism and hate!
It derives from a deep self loathing
and inability to live up to
an impossible set standard. A fear of failure.
Now if they could all love what they do,
and use imperfections
to drive forward to progression,
imagine what world we'd be living in.
It's quite phenomenal.
