About that... what scene, can I ask?

And yeah, I hate that they don't do cirtain scenes... I REALLY want to see that singing valentine, and what Ginny looks like when Draco mentioned her.

Remember that scene where Fred and George made the swamp in the middle of the hallway? I loved that part! I guess it was "too insignificant" but it was still hilarious!
And yes, I wish they had put those scenes also! I'm really glad they put everything in the seventh movie, but I wish they had started doing better sooner!

I think he was in one, acctually... oh, yeah! The first movie, when all the ghosts come in! I'm pretty sure he is one of those, he doesn't look old enough to be a head of house or whatever.

I find it annoying that in Order of the Pheonix, they missed everything about Tom Riddle's father, and brother and FUUUU. And then the even more important stuff- his mother, uncle and grandfather! It explained SO much, but they just totally left it out.

Wait, was I allowed to post on this?

Yeah, he was in one of them. But he needed to be in all of them! Especially when the Weasley twins ask him to be extra annoying to Umbridge. He had a huge part in number five! Plus in the third book when he was dropping water balloons on the first years before they even got into the Great Hall for the Welcome Feast. He's so important!
I agree. They definitely needed the bits about Voldy's relatives. That was key to the story.

They left out Sirius's mother in the 5th and left out how Harry, Ron, and Hermione find the locket. They like just all of a sudden had it, and it's like WHERE'D U GET THAT LOCKET?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Oh me! Oh life! of the questions of these recurring,
Of the endless trains of the faithless, of cities fill’d with the foolish,
Of myself forever reproaching myself, (for who more foolish than I, and who more faithless?)
Of eyes that vainly crave the light, of the objects mean, of the struggle ever renew’d,
Of the poor results of all, of the plodding and sordid crowds I see around me,
Of the empty and useless years of the rest, with the rest me intertwined,
The question, O me! so sad, recurring—What good amid these, O me, O life?
Answer.
That you are here—that life exists and identity,

That the powerful play goes on, and you may contribute a verse.

and they changed the whole relation between tonks and lupin. D: but even though they let a lot of things out i still think they managed pretty well with the films. they have so much detail! :D for example the room next to dumbledore's office was completely equipped with furniture etc even though no scene was filmed there. i love to discover all the small things while watching the films again and again ^^ :D <33

I agree, the little details are amazing.
Like on the 'magic is might' statue in the ministry, the carvings of people go all the way through even though you can't see them.
And how (you may not have noticed) Umbridge's clothes get pinker as the movie goes on.

I'm not so active here anymore but I do still return daily even if it doesn't seem like it ^^'' I've made some brilliant friends on the website that I'll never forget even if I've never met you face to face, especially through JBDs. However things have changed over my two years here and I miss what it was like.

Update: How was it been 4 years since I joined?!?

Yes. The details are amazing, and in a 2 hour movie, you can't but everything from a 10 long book, if you read it out loud. Belive me I have the audio book.
