[[Alright, I'm back for good this time. No more hospital visits, and no more pain pills that get me so stoned I can't even see straight. If anyone even remembers my last post, just ignore it. Seems Ninjutsu didn't notice it, so w/e. but the description of her wound is still the same.]]

Niko flared her nostrils as she listened to Ayet's announcement. She stared at Chee wonderously, she looked almost normal, when she wasn't changing forms. Carefully she padded towards the she-wolf, keeping her head and shoulders low out of respect. As she neared, all she could smell was the demon scent, and her neck throbbed with pain. A slight yelp escaped her lips as she collapsed in front of Chee, looking at the wolfs face. Though she couldn't see it, the tails of the teeth marks on her neck stretched inwards, towards the center mark. Her whole neck burned, and just for a second her eyes turned red, then back to her normal black. She didn't look like a demon, or smell like a demon like Chee did, but something inside her screamed she was one.

Fern, clearly startled and hurt by the alpha's sharp retort, slunk back to her makeshift den. She understood why he was so edgy but still, he should control his emotions as the alpha. She sighed, When will we find our Lord Sun again? When will His rays warm our bodies and assure our hearts? Only time will tell...Fern then drifted off into a restless sleep.

Rain sat down and observed the pack carefully. Was this the one? My home? He sat on the flat rock viewing Toko and Demon. It seems so corrupt... The male then shifted his gaze to Chee. And amongst them, a demon...Rain's mischivious eyes then picked out something strange. Another female was hurt and it seemed that she had an ongoing war inside her body. The loner started down the hill, wincing a little as his paw touched the ground. He went to Niko and examined her, as if he were a doctor. Nothing seemed wrong, but then his ice blue eyes flashed toward the female's neck. Fang marks? And a wolf's...... Rain looked towards Chee. Then he barked to Haru, "You're a healer right? Either way, Do you have any idea why these bite marks are here?And why they are canine???

Light paws seemed to glide over the forest floor as a small figure pranced in the forest. About the size of a house cat, the small figure sniffed the air, her keen nose picking up faint trails, that were getting stronger, of wolves. About an hour later, the shadow, still keeping her's pace, reached the clearing. Incisors glinted in the moonlight as she smiled, smelling the wonderful aroma of wolves. Red eyes stood out in the shadows and they moved to Niko. [i]Exellent. Everything is going according to plan... Oh how she wished she could just eat every single wolf there! A sigh escaped from the smile. But alas, no. She had a message to this pesky pack. The small creature moved from the shadows and emerged into the moonlight. She closed her eyes and screeched and ear-splitting yowl that was bound to attract the whole pack.

It didn't take Torka two seconds to become interested in the high pitched yowl, and his yearling bodice trotted over to the small creature. He dipped his head and sniffed eagerly, curious and excited as to what this... this thing might be. He made a small growling noise, like a 'rrrrrrrr' and pawed at the small thing. 'What has more than one tail?' He thought curiously, barking once.

Toko heard the yowl and had immediatly dashed after Torka, glad to be away from all that Demon had said, and not wanting to reflect on his own pain. He skidded to a stop in front of the strange creature, giving it an experimental sniff before stepping back and staring intently at it. "What are you?" he growled, getting in a stance and ready to chase off this tiny animal if had to.

The cat-like creature hissed at the pup and took an annoyed swipe at his nose. "Keep AWAY from me pup, and you tail might be spared." That pup is trouble... Then she turned to Toko and glared it's blood-red eyes at him. "What a dumb dog. Don't you know a demon when you see one? I shouldn't even mind you annoying fleas. Where is that annoying, good for nothing, two-faced mutt, leader of this wretched pack, AYET? The demoness yowled her voice over the clearing and searched around, noticing Toko's stance.

Torka, being the foolish puppy that he was, growled. He bared his teeth and took on a fighting stance much like Toko's, only you could tell he was inexperienced because if he was collided with he would just topple over - his footing was all wrong and his head was in the wrong place for a good attack. 'Annoying, good for nothing, two-faced mutt, leader of his wretched pack, AYET?' The demon had yelled, and Torka took great offense to this. He lunged forward in an attempt to bite the small things head off - literally, he wanted to do just that.

What in Death's name is he doing? Don't tell me he is going to attack! Ha! I'll give this rat something to remember. Pure evil glinted in the demoness's eye as Torka lunged clumsily. She blinked, and her paws and tails were consumed in fire. The fire demoness hissed and swung both firey tails at the little pup. I just might get my meal! She thought hungrily as her tails glowed a sinister, blazing red fire. The cat-like demoness kept an eye on Toko, just in case he was just a foolish as the mutt attacking her.

"OH M- AAAAGGHHHH IT HURTS"! Torka had literally screamed while emitting an ear-splitting screech of pain and shock. He had managed to swerve, but now his tail and most of his left side - even his cheek - was on fire. He rolled around in the grass. He screamed again, his gut-wrenching howls echoing over miles of land as the pain increased and ceased to calm. "TO-TOKO HELP!" He cried, rolling around on the floor as he desperately tried to put out the last of the fire. The worst places hit were: his left leg, the muscle-area, ribcage, shoulder, neck and cheek. All on the left side of his body.

"You idiot!" Toko growled at the demon, swiping at it before turning to help his apprentice. Acting quickly, not having the time to allow the worry to show in his face, the beta ducked his head under the apprentice's body, so that Torka was dangling from Toko's neck and shoulders. The wolf felt his fur start to sizzle, and the smell of burning filled the air. Running at full speed, he jumped into the lake, Torka still on his back. Once he began to feel the effects of the cool water on himself, Toko knew that there wouldn't be any more damage to the poor pup. Although the fire on Torka's body was mostly gone, his cheek still burned. "Sorry son," Toko murmured before putting his paw over Torka's nostrils and pushing his head underwater for one long minute, wanting to be completely sure that the fire was out. Once all seemed decent, Toko pushed the apprentice to the surface of the water. Rolling him over on his back, Toko made him to float by holding a paw and his muzzle beneath him. They would stay here until it was sure that a healer would arrive. "HARUUUU!" Toko called, anxious to get Torka's burns looked at.

Torka was half way to passing out due to pain, but the cold water soothed his burning and woke him with a start. He started at Toko for a second, before being pressed under the water. Naturally, he struggled and kicked out, but he found that that hurt terribly. When his head was released, he coughed and then looked at his leg, his mouth gaping at the blood streaming from burnt areas. His eyes followed up his body, able to see blood until he got to his neck. Then he couldn't see anymore. He found it less painful to stand, but also found it tiring and was reduced to letting himself cry - tears running down his cheeks as his burns shifted while he moved around in the water. His crying turned to sobbing as the shock wore off and the pain replaced it. "I-it h-h-ur-t-s." He told Toko, his ears back and his cheek spewing blood every time he moved his mouth.
