I'm not sure exactly why I'm doing this, but hello there. My name is Four. Four Xander Tosh. Yes, I did say my name is Four, and no it is not a nickname, it is on my birth certificate. I don't necessarily like or dislike my name, but I do dislike all the teasing it brings on when I first move to new places. I am ok with being called Four or Tosh, but nothing else. I am eighteen years old and I was born in San Francisco, California on February 2, 1994 at 12:01am. I never actually knew my mother or father, they told me at the orphanage that I had been dropped off as a newborn. I was the adorable little baby of the orphanage, at least until I turned seven. That's when I started to figure things out. Anyways, I am of the male gender, if you think any differently, there is most definitely something wrong with you.

Well, I've been told to be truthful here, so I have eyes that are like a stormy grey color, but in some lights, they turn a light blue, kind of like ice. My hair is shorter brown; like dark brown almost black brown, not light brown. I usually gel it up a little bit so it gets that little flip up in the front, and then I'll throw on a beanie of some sort. I am almost always tan, even during winter. So, I work out on my spare time and I've become pretty muscular. I have decent sized arms and legs and such, and my stomach, I am proud to say, has developed a six pack. I also have the v and the defined ribcage, but it's not like anyone ever sees them. I am rather tall, I am six feet even, and I am slightly under normal at 161 pounds. Um. My clothing style could be described as kind of the skater boy look, but I sort of just throw on whatever I can find, so I'm not sure what that would be called. Yep, so that's me.

I've always been that sort of outcast kids, the one without friends. The secluded kid that sits alone on the playground. I mean that's just who I am. It's all I know. I do know how to talk to people, boys and girls, I just choose not to. Lots of people say they find me mysterious, and it's probably true. The last time I talked to anyone at a school was in maybe third or fourth grade, now I sort of just nod or grumble, it's just not worth my time to talk to people. Even though I am sort of cut off, I'm still really athletic. I play tons of sports; football, lacrosse, soccer, baseball, surfing, and I'm thinking about water polo, but embarrassingly enough, I don't enjoy having my shirt off. I really love to surf, somehow it calms me, like I can suddenly think straight again. Ah, I might as well tell you everything. So earlier I said I know how to talk to people. Well, I can, sort of, but only when there's a group. I am terrible at one on one interaction, especially with girls. I haven't ever had a girlfriend and I'm freaking eighteen years old. I wish I could just man up, but I don't know how to, you don't exactly learn that in an orphanage, they don't teach you much of anything in an orphanage. Practically they deprive you socially in an orphanage, unless you have the potential to get adopted, which I apparently did not. People haven't always treated me nicely, some of the older kids at the orphanage used to pound on me until I was bloody, and could barely walk, so, sometimes I can be a little skittish of physical interactions of any kind. So basically one word sums me up. Mysterious. I can be fun when I'm with cool people, but a lot of times I cause lots of trouble. I'm just a tad mischievous. So I guess there's really four words that sum me up, secluded, mysterious, athletic, and mischievous.

As you already know, when Four was maybe one or two weeks old, he was dropped by his mystery parents at the orphanage. Until he was six or seven, he was the little cutie pie baby of the place, everyone loved him. He was the pride and joy of the place, but somehow when he started to grow up more, the caretakers sort of just shut him out. People stopped caring. That's when the beating started. They were two boys, both about five years older than Four, and they would tell him to try to do impossible tasks, like one was to find or steal one hundred dollars, and if he didn't do them, which he never could, they would beat him. The worst part of all of this was, the boys never got caught, and the bloodied Four was just dismissed as a clumsy boy who fell a lot. Eventually, Four learned a lesson, toughen up, or die. So he did. By the time he was ten, he began to fight back or simply say no when the boys tried to boss him around. This simply made things worse though, multiple times he ended up with broken fingers or arms, and the adults just continued to dismiss it as clumsiness. Soon enough though, the boys got adopted, and were gone for good, but Four was now scarred. He became and outcast, separated from everyone else. People called him a freak, the weirdo who couldn't speak. Four began to become what people were calling him, he stopped talking, became all dark and mysterious, and lived the next eight years he lived like that, going to school like that, now he's free, but he has no clue how to act or do anything, somehow he managed to get a job that pays for his little room in the house he lives in. Through al this time, one thing really did help him. That was surfing. Somehow he always managed to find his way to the water, most days surfing from around eight am to maybe six pm. He'd often skip school to surf as well, but it's not like anyone cared.

WESLEY O'CALLAGHAN ; the h e a r t b r e a k e r

Wesley is a seventeen-year-old, heterosexual male. His name means "western meadow" and to be honest, it has no special meaning when it comes to his personality, and meaning was not taken into account when he was born. He is mostly known as the "heartbreaker", or the boy who will, obviously, break your heart. He is quite fond of the ladies, and befriends them, then ditches them, essentially. The more he gets to steal them from boyfriends, the more fun! He loves to wreak havoc. Like everyone on the island, Wesley is fairly well-off. Both of his parents - his mother Jessica and his father Peter - are currently employed. His father is a surgeon and his mother, after working part-time as a secretary in a social worker's office, has now decided to re-join the workforce in full force and is picking her job as a social worker back up. and he has two brothers and no sisters. He has an older brother who taught him all he knows about surfing and girls named Drew, and a younger brother who he is returning the favor with, Caulder. Surfing is one of his loves in life, and like everyone, he attended Reynolds high. This coming fall, he will be a senior; he just ended his junior year.

Wesley is clearly very attractive, or why else would all the ladies throw themselves at his feet like him? He stands at 6' 1" but is not completely done growing, and his growth spurt has left him somewhat lankier than he was a year or two ago, but don't worry about that - he has plenty of muscle to go around and keep him from being scrawny. In fact, all of his time spent on the beach has left him with literally all muscle and essentially no fat. He has huge biceps and a set of six-pack abs. Because of his time spent at the beach, he's also super tan. His eyes are blue, for the most part, with green around the iris, and he has dark, long lashes that are slightly feminine but mostly just show off his eyes. His lips are kissable but not too pouty to look like a girl's, he has a wide, white, straight and crinkly smile, and his dark brown hair is streaked with caramel from the sun and normally in a tuft right on top of his head, but hey, it's a hot tuft. Let's face it; he's sexy.

Wesley is a charmer who likes his ladies. He's fairly decent in school, though he's not bookish. Generally, he gets in the B+ area. He's sporty, getting on to sports teams when he's not spending every second surfing, but not nearly to the level of the jock. Let's put it this way; he'd make it on the varsity basketball team and then spend the entire time flirting with the cheerleaders (particularly the hot ones). In fact, he's a huuuuuuuge flirt, but he's so charming and likable it's hard to hold it against him. He's funny, too, which is perhaps what makes him so popular and charismatic. He's also outgoing, a people person and a party animal. In a few words: outgoing, charming, and flirtatious. He's a player through and through with slight "commitment issues", so he has no problem ditching girls, but this just makes him seem even more unattainable, through no virtue of his own; it's mostly because he's hot and not just that but handsome, that girls tend to overlook all of his personality flaws. Like that he is a player, does have commitment issues, and can be pretty moody too. Often they overlook this or chalk it up to him being even more 'unattainable' - perhaps that's one of his biggest flaws and virtues in the ladies' eyes, that he is truly out of their league - and so they like him even more, but usually, after he dumps a girl, he gets pretty, well, not exactly depressed, but upset for a while. If by a while you happen to mean half a day, until the next girl is there to flirt with him. Basically, soon he's back and partying even harder. If he breaks up on a Wednesday, he'll make out with another girl at the party that Friday. Needless to say, he's hard to hold down and even harder to hold back. His interest include surfing, basketball, partying, and football, and while he's secretly a complete jerk, he will be whatever boyfriend you want him to be - except a long-term one.

At the moment, Wesley likes basically everyone, but is unattached. In particular, he pays attention to Astra and Grace. He also happens to be best friends with "the jock".
