Red Toxic = UR Rat
09 UR Dog does this mean that the UR dog is worth either a red toxic or a UR rat or that it is less than those two. If it is less about how much is it equal to?

It's less. If it were equal it would be on the same line with = between them.

I think the non-jewel too.

When someone refers to a 'non-level' they're specifically talking about the Coon/Tag/Swirl. Nonjewel is worth more than the others so it isn't considered a 'non-level'. :3

I'm trying to auction my flop-eared pink September. Is there any way I can go up the september list or am I only going to get lower list pets? I know they don't have a lot of demand, but I would really like to trade up for something more valuable.

It truly does depend on the trader. If the trader loves the September litter, you might get overpay but if other people are just trying to trade up, then you'll get lower pets that add up to equal the value of the September. It's probably best to get more than just the September and do your own trading up by adding pets together.
