Mollies are community fish, so I think they should be fine.

Thank you ^-^

I heard that you should have a 2 female:1male ratio would that not apply since I would only have the two males?

No. They have that since males will try to mate with females, and if you have more males, they will harass the female and drive her crazy. Imagine being surrounded by insanely flirty boys 24/7.

EDIT: I got some new fish now o3o
My ten gallon now has:
Seven Guppies
Three Glass Catfish
One Cory Cat

I wanted six guppies, but somehow ended up with seven |D An extra in one of the bags. I was going to get less, but the guy said to go by the inch per gallon rule. I went over due to an extra, but oh well~

Guppies are:
Male German Metalic Guppy (Yellow) - X1
Male Blue Cobra Guppy (Very big tail, he's very pretty) - X1
Female Gold Cobra Guppy (I ended up with two) - X2
Female Blue Metalic Guppy (One of them has orange on her, she was the only one like that in the tank) - X2
Male Red Cobra Guppy (He is very pretty too) - X1

They were really happy to get in, and were looking for food right away. I fed them about five minutes later, and everyone but my three glass catfish ate. Any tips on them? They didn't eat, and I don't want them to die or something.

I don't know much about glass catfish but
Corys are schooling fish (you need 5 or more) and require a sand substrate as their barbles get damaged by gravel

I've had him in there for seven years by himself with gravel. He had no problems. I'll keep that in mind if I start another tank with cory cats though ^^

My sister recently acquired a Chinese Algae Eater. He started eating the other fish in his tank(when they get older they get aggressive, I've read), so our neighbors gave him to us. He's settling in nicely. =)

So I weighed and did a quick measurement of my finned kids. This includes tip of head to tip of tail.
Shiro, on 3/6/12 was 5 inches long
Dottie, on 3/6/12 was 3 inches long.
Kyro, on 4/11/12 was about an inch and a half.

Shiro, on 12/29/12 is 6 inches long and weighs 90 grams
Dottie, on 12/29/12 is 4 and a half inches long and weighs 30 grams
Kyro on 12/29/12 is 3 inches and weighs 21 grams
So in less than a year every one has put on at least an inch. Honestly, its the new diet I put them on. I didn't start seeing the growth until I put them on it and I think I put them on it back in November. Their colors are brighter and Shiro has gotten stronger. I had a hard time handling him to get weight and length.

Whats your new diet? I have noticed reasently that my pearlscale has definitely grown since I got him and looks much pudgier, he gets hikari sinking pellets and munches on the occasional algae wafer and cucumber or ziccini that I put in for the BN (whom will soon be getting their own tanks thanks to the new set up :) )

Hey guys, what's something I could give my fish for a little treat once in awhile.
I have a young female veiltail betta in a one and a half gallon,
and four golden barbs, one panda platy and a red velvet swordtail female in a twenty gallon. We're most likely going to get a few more fish today for the twenty gallon.
In the ten gallon we have a dalmatian and a black mollie, a fire wag platy, a sunset fire wag platy, and a fish that looks like a mix of a mollie and a platy. Truthfully, in this tank I only own the mollies. I was depating on moving the mollies to the bigger tank, but he was somewhat aggressive to the barbs.
I'll hopefully have some picture's soon. Well, I have some, I just have to upload them to the computer.
I'm an old player from back in 2010 and really just on here to look for art
If you like any of the pets I have that are only uncommon/common if you send me a pun I'll almost certainly give them to you for free :)

Hey friends check out my adopts here : )
Ps- If i ever had any beef with any of you i am so, so sorry i was an arrogant jerk of a child who threw a fit whenever I didn't get my way

I feed them Pro gold in the morning, Omega one( both are sinking pellets)before bed. Spinach leaves,Peas and other veggies during the weak and frozen brine shrimp as a treat. We are totally off of flakes. :D
Hikari is an awesome food. I was feeding my guys wheat germ but the pellet wouldnt sink and made them gasp and float. I havnt tried algae wafers mainly bacuse the ones I have are so messy and hard at first.

As a treat you could get dried blood worms and give them a couple each

@ dakotak how do you feed the spinach? Do you use fresh or frozen? Do you have to boil it first?
