Vanity shook of the thoughts of him and Poetry and thought of something better to do. "Hey...Ill race you to the lake!" She called and bolted off, she smacked him gently with her tail first as a taunt.

He looked at her with a lazy smile,
"Good lord, Girl, You're gonna make me bust a gasket."
He smiled,

He watched as she cantered down the trail, mane flowing everwhere,
He tryed to keep up with her,
His awkward gallop failing.

"Did i ever tell you i never ran that well?"
He called out with a struggled grunt.

Vanity looked over her shoulder to look at him cantering with an off rhythm, but since she was laughing at him, she accidentally ran into a tree and landed flat on her back.

Dexter laughed until he watched Vanity run head first
into a tree- She almost looked unconcious,

"Vanity?!"
He called, Kicking up his gallop to rush over to her,

"Vanity?"
His silver eyes looked down right on her face.
"Can you hear me?!"

"No Mother, i don't want to eat the sand its so...sandy" She said, kissed "her mother's" snout And passed out

Dexter pulled back, his whole face turned red,
OH GOD.
He thought,

Vanity was one of his Best Friends, it just felt wierd...
He took a sheepish step forward and clenched his eyes.

"Vanity? This is Dexter, Not your mother. Can you hear me?"

Vanity's head hit the ground and she stayed silent, the ramming into the tree rattled her up a little bit.

Vanity gave out a soft moan as the world came back to her. She lifted her head a bit and moaned again "Oh, my head...dex is that you? What happened?" Her head hurt so bad she thought she couldn't even stand up.
