Thanks for explaining, Chry. I actually figured it out a different way. Instead of moving the Sims files over, I moved the My Documents file over, which is overall better seeing as all important documents are saved elsewhere (on a very large network storage).

The problem with my computer is that even though the sims files are small (only 2 Gigs I think) that there's only about 5-10 gigs free. It's relatively small and when those last few gigs fill up with recycle bin and cache and Sims save files, which only takes a few weeks, the entire computer runs slowly and ineffectively. It needs about at least 5 gigs to work properly.

But I got it fixed now in a way that we decided would be better anyways, so it's all good! Thanks for the suggestion, Chry.

Make sure that you empty your recycle bin often. Or, you can do what I do and press Ctrl when I delete things. It permanently removes the item from your PC, bypassing the recycle bin. But be careful lol. There's no way to recover it

So on The Sims 3 Seasons, my Sim threw a gift giving party. But now I need to know...how do you give gifts? In a Let's Play I watched before, the girl (Quxxn) had the mat with presents on it, but idk how to do that..

That should automatically appear if you have the room for it. If you don't have the room, it wont appear and the party will sorta be a dud xD.

Clear out some room around your lounge, but make sure there are extra chairs. The sims take FOREVER to do the actual present openings because of routing issues /sigh

To move into her house, you'd have to play as her house hold and ask your Sim to move in. OR you could get a high relationship and I believe it will be under "Friendly" and ask her to move in (:

Hello, I plan on getting Sims 3 and I was wondering which extension is better. I am stuck between getting Supernatural or Seasons. Which of these two is better, or funner?
