@Kel: If you scourge the internet for books on wolves, I think you may find something with good enough info on the sub-species. But it'll have to be like in one of those college encyclopedia things. I remember reading this one that did have some on Indians/Arabians. I think. KELZ IS OK TO HAS THOSE TYPE OF WOLF AND NOT HAVE STINKY NOOBNESS.


I also think I want to clear up something on "stable". Taking a form for a few days does not equal stable. Projecting does not equal stable. A form that is stable is one that does fit you pretty well, and your personality has to be somewhat.....stable. Someone who takes a form for a while but it's nothing like them is not stable. "LULZ, IT ARE SOMETHING I PROJECT IT AS ALL THE TIEm, IT mEAnS I ARE STABLE". No, hun ;D. Projecting doesn't matter, I like to say. Me keeping mine as a spotty hyena will not make me a social, hierarchial, pimp, scary person. DAEMONS DO NOT MATTER MUCH IN LOOKING AT YOUR BEHAIVOR.

I looked for Crocotta related goodies. The closest I have is DVDs of Supernatural (one of the episodes features the Crocotta. We plan on watching it on our SFday which is in August.) I settled with hyena stuffs.

I almost got a teensy scrap of hyena fur. It was not to be. Lame.

But but but it is not a real animal. Putting mythics aside (they've got culture and different sources about 'em), you can settle as something you can't really analyse. What does it eat? How does it catch food? What is its social system like? It's not really a valid form to be seriously stable as. :?

I don't know, dude. I personally don't believe that fake cartoon characters can be viable forms. We don't know anything about manectrics because they aren't real. Like Aureus said... what does it eat? How social is it? Does it have packs?

Meitay, unanalysable creatures are not viable forms in daemonism as you cannot get the same depth as you would with a real, even and extinct animal. You may well fit the manectric analysis that's floating about or your own one what ever you're using, but it is not detailed enough, nor using the same analysis rules as daemonism. Instead you'd be doing another type of personality typing that has parallels with, but nothing to do with daemonism. Like Pot Noodle Theory states, you can describe yourself perfectly with a metaphor of a certain pot noodle flavour, but it is pot noodlism, not daemonism.
