Asagai watched her with his warm amber gaze. He wondered why she looked like she was going to take off running at any moment. Did she think he meant her harm? Well he didnt, so he couldn't understand why she was so antsy. He swished his tail slowly. His plume sent a rabbit which had taken cover in the grass into flight. His ears flicked forward into alert and his head snapped in its direction. He watched the small fluffy rodent bounce off and duck into a hole in the ground. He turned his attention back towards the mare in front of him. "Its a pleasure to meet you Lyra," he said kindly. She really was the most beautiful mare he had ever seen. The multitude of red and brown shading in her pelt and the way her sparkling green eyes contrasted with it. He gave her a smile. The expression had the tiniest bit of flirtation behind it. The flirtation because more clear when he said, "Just wandering. Looking for someone to wander with." It was a weak attempt at flirting, but he never did have much experience with mares. Honestly he was quite bashful.

Personality:
Like his name suggests, Rocket is boisterous, bouncy, and loud. Being young, he has boundless energy and little concept of danger. He spends most of his days leaping across the high cliffs and dancing with danger. He is looked down upon slightly (both due to his behaviour and due to being short), but has a very strong attitude and will sas older equids who try to boss him around. Although he acts like a good little child around his parents.

Personality:
Ladybird is a little lady. She's dainty and frail, with a sweet but shy attitude. She doesn't like to speak her mind, and is very refined. She has a tiny wild side, and will sometimes play with Rocket. Honolulu has worked hard to warp this tiny WME into a well behaved lady, and although it has worked somewhat, Ladybird has always been a very refined equid. Lady enjoys walking through flower fields and sleeping in the sun, and sometimes, she also enjoys dare-devil climbing and running. But that's only around Rocket and when nobody else is looking. The Lady most equids meet is just that, a refined little woman.

Personality:
Honolulu is a very smart equid. She has several years under her belt, and knows all the tricks of the mountains and humans. She is very matronly, acting as a second mother to Rocket, and really, any younger equids she can find. She has a love for adventure, but doesn't go looking for trouble. Her adventures are simple, safe, and well planned, not wild and boisterous like those of Rocket. She also has a slightly sarcastic air, which can drive other WMEs off the wall. She tends to pick on Rocket because of his height, but is generally kind-ish to him.She has yet to have her own foal or filly, although she greatly desires to.

He's a bit of a dare devil, and is more than willing to take up a dare or two from time to time. Zohar isn't easily hurt, and is quite quick to forgive others. Above all, though, Zohar is a kind and loyal friend. Despite all of his words, he will loyally stand by a friend, though thick or thin. He's deeply devoted to those he cares for, and refuses to leave those that he loves behind.

"Well I started my life just like any other Equid before me you might say. Born in the wilderness with a dam and sire, in a small herd atop the mountains. However pretty much as soon as I could walk (not literally) I felt the need for adventure! I can't even tell you have many times I almost faced death back then, as dumb as I was. I used to have a very stupid friend who was always making dumb remarks (he was nice and fun to be around, but he really wasn't very smart) so I've been fluent in the language of sarcasm for quit a long time. I've always loved the smell and taste of danger and I live for it every day! That is why when I was old enough to live on my own, I left my herd. I quite frankly found it boring there, following all kinds of rules and being nagged by my mother every five seconds (don't get me wrong, I loved her very dearly). 'Don't slide down the cliffs!' 'No chasing the cougars!' She would say. Okay, maybe it's not so ridiculous but whatever. One day when I was oh, 5 or 6 years old I saw a mare in the river. We chatted and messed around in the river for a bit and before I knew it I was put under a scary little spell called "love". Ah yes, true love it was. Despite my height she was about an inch taller than me, she didn't let me forget that either hehe. This lovely mare's name is Honolulu, or as I refer to her as, Hana. Not long ago she carried my first foal, Twix. A lovely little colt if you ask me! Now I guess we've just kinda been wandering slightly. Not far though. The threats have been getting worse lately, so I've been trying to go on less adventures and trying to protect my little family more. I would die for them. Not kidding. I would give my life for them any day I had to. They mean so much to me I couldn't live with myself if something happened to them and I could have stopped it. Not to excited but that's about it"

Rocket picked his way slowly through the misty mountains. He kept his ears pricked, and his tail swished nervously around his feet. The fog was dense, and Rocket could barely see the ground in front of him. Rocket reared and stumbled backwards as he felt the rocks under his front feet crumble away. "Holy crap." Rocket whispered, turning around to head the other way. He normally liked danger and adventure, but this was a bit more than he could take. Rocket heard a crumbling sound above his head and looked up nervously. A pair of bright yellow eyes stared intently at him. Rocket let out a scream and ran at full speed along the cliffs, the mountain lion in hot pursuit. He cried out for help, his breath making little tunnels through the mist. The fog had no intention of letting up, nor did the mountain lion. He ran on.

Lady picked her way slowly through the pointed rocks at the top of the mountain. The fog was in a thick blanket 200 or so feet below her, and she felt like she was high above the clouds. Gazing across the beautiful mountains, Lady felt a stab of pain. She wanted a herd of her own. Wether she was a subordinate or lead mare, she didn't care. These mountains were dangerous, and being alone was the fastest way to die. Lady didn't dare head down into the abyssal of the fog. But she knew there was only so much grass up here. With a nervous sigh, Lady began to amble down the mountainside, pausing every so often to graze. As she approached the fog, she felt it cling to her coat with the condemning feeling of lowliness. She shivered and headed in.

Hana lifted her head from the grass and gazed up into the fog above her. This was paradise. Although she couldn't see the sky, she loved this place. It held dangers, but without those, what was the point of life? Hana noticed a dandelion growing amongst some rocks, and lowered her head to eat it. Still holding the dandelion in her mouth, Hana turned to Bruno and raised an eyebrow.

Zohar allowed his head to drop to the ground as he softly sighed. It had been some time since he had seen any others of his own kind, and the boredom and loneliness of wandering alone was starting to get to him. He longed for a herd again, or at the very least, some sort of contact with another. As it was, he had no family, and no friends to turn to. Zohar raised his muzzle and turned to survey the forest around him. The trees creaked and quivered as a steady breeze blew through them, but no other sound interrupted the quiet day. With another soft sigh, he quietly continued to pick his way through the forest, weaving around the closely placed trees. His usual quick and energetic gait was dampered by his glum mood, and he did little more than plod onwards. Perhaps if he continued onwards, we eventually find someone...
