It went down a while ago, which made me sad. I used to have a carnivore cheat sheet (some of the pages copied on my computer from there XDD) but I deleted it. So no luck from that wonderful website, I'm afraid.

hello, I am new ^_^ I was a little bit confused about which forms form the first page so where so I pmed my joining form to wendigo. If that wasn't right though I will post it here soon!

So I was wondering, how do we figure out our Daemon's form? How do we know if they have picked one yet?

They don't neccasarily 'pick' a form, you look up analyses (basically a list of points saying what a person with a *insert animal here* daemon would act like) and if they match, you try the form out. I believe the links to The Daemon Page on the front page of this thread explains the whole thing far better than I, so I suggest you read that.
