The prince cocked his head at her curiously, not exactly sure what she was doing. Watching her closely, KC hesitantly took his glass from the girl and sipped it slowly. She was pretty, he supposed. Perhaps not so very striking, although maybe it was her attire. Finishing off his fourth flute of the night, he set it back down on her tray and fought the urge to sway. He was getting quite dizzy. His smile kept the girl in place, knowing he had total control over the girl. He decided she might make a good plaything for the night. Something to keep him company for a while. Perhaps entertain him.

"What," he asked, "Is your name, servant?" He tried to sound serious, but the image of her falling over was too much.

"Elyssa Newton," she lied, looking around the room. She swore that there was something going wrong with the maids and that she'd get blamed for it. A conversation was alright, unless her job was on the line. She knew either way, she'd get fired, though it wasn't a bad thing for her, just rather her siblings. "Is there anything else you need, your majesty?" she asked, hoping he didn't need anything else.

Crystal saw the young gentleman speak to the princess's, she kep her tears back and slowly got up taking a shaky breath in. She turned to leave with her head high, she could feelher eyes becoming red. She closed them to blink away the tears and swallowed hard, she took out her hankercheif and clutched it tightly as she neared the door.

Arabella smiled at the young man, before turning back to her sister. "I had a lovely dance with a young man from Avalon," she replied. She turned to the young man who had approached them. "I must agree with my sister," she smiled again. "Wouldn't it be funny if we all tried to dance at once?" She laughed a bit at the thought, then stopped herself. Be quiet and keep your thoughts to yourself, her mother's words echoed in her ears.

Alex froze, breathing shallowly, Oh crap... "Um..."he looked at Serena and then back to the door as someone with tears in her eyes began to leave. "One moment, I'll be right back." he said walking toward the crying maid. "Stop!"

Serena watched the guy leave before turning back towards her sister. "That one probably isn't coming back." she said. Serena wasn't somebody who wanted to embarras people, but she hated it if people asked her for something without really wanting to dance with her. "A young man from Avalon? That's nice." she replied. "I had a nice dance with Nick, although we also dance together home." Serena giggled softly. She didn't mind it if she had to dance with Nick the whole night. Of all her siblings, he was probably the closest to her.

"Oh, that's too bad," Arabella said crossing her arms and watching him go. "He was handsome, and I can't seem to find my friend. I lost her after that dance with the Avalon guard." She looked back at her sister. "You and Nick always dance," she remarked. "You two always get along." She looked around the room once more. "When can we leave?" she asked sounding bored. "You know I hate dances and balls."

rystal slowly turned around and looked up at Alex, she looked at the floor "Im sorry, i didn't know you were talkingto me" she said,her soft voice could barely be heard. She felt her cheeks blush and her eyes were soar from keeping her tears in. She took two slow breaths and looked up at the handsom man, she managed to smile softly.

Serena smiled at her sister. "Too bad you lost your friend." she frowned slightly. "And I suppose we're still stuck here for a while, sadly." she said, fixing her blue dress slightly. "And you know Nick and I spent a lot of time together due to his curse and my guard-issues." Honestly, Serena was happy to be here. She hadn't gotten out of the palace for months. Serena had seen the nature for once, animals, she had a small feeling of an adventure here. She didn't dared much, but now she was once out of the palace, surrounded by people who didn't knew who she was, she might tried to find a cute guy.
