Bluetail looked up at the familiar voice, tears welling in her eyes. She saw it was Flamepaw, and she leaned down and touched foreheads with the young she-cat.

"I..." she mumbled, "I don't know...Leopardfur is back, but..."

She sucked in her lower lip behind her front teeth, and closed her eyes.

"Half is me is so angry and betrayed and hurt because of her, but the other half is ecstatic to have her back and wants t welcome her back with open arms. I'm torn, and I don't know what to do..."

Having her Apprentice beside her comforted her deeply. It was normalcy that she needed, and not all this horrible drama unfolding upon the Clan.
