what is this place that we have to call home?

For roleplays featuring human or human-like characters which are based on a book/movie/tv show/band e.g. Twilight, Harry Potter, Hunger Games, One Direction etc.

Shaan watched everyone, sighing softly. Why was everyone so happy? They were all taken from home and fused with some imaginary character. He frowned deeply and stood up.
