The "Is this a fair trade?" Thread [FTT Contest!]

Due to that I wrote in this thread yesterday a few other persons apparently found my horse and wants to trade for it... XD So I've been offered some varios pets for it. All of these four persons want me to edit the trades... Unfortunately I've no idea what to add/remove or if any of them are fair right now. So well... Anyone who could help me a little..?

First one
(one of my favourites of the current store pets and I think that the dog with the red and white scarf is from the advent list (please correct me if I'm mistaken, I haven't memorised the lists yet) in this one)

Second one
(one of my absolute favourite dogs is in this one. I've no idea what it's called... but it's one of the store pets from 2011.)

Third one
(one of my absolute favourites in this one as well, the dragon)

Fourth one
(that horse is one of the very few horses on my wishlist that I really like)

They did offer to swap the cat out for a nonballoon. How about a nonballoon plus a blue sorbet for a BE?

I think this it's unfair for them in rarity wise, but get another opinion

It's definitely unfair to them technically. ^^
