Would a Non-Jewel be worth a few toxics and a non tag?
If not, which side is an over pay and what can be added to make it fair?

Woah woah woah hold up there. The nonjewel was only moved up to its own separate line almost a year ago, it's still pretty close in value to the Noncoons/tags/swirls. Just a mid/high September would be fine. ^^

If it's unfair to the spotted tribal, would a blue rose make it fair?
(just realized that I've been asking the wrong question all this time -sobs-)
