She had received a bit of blood on her, but the amount that was on her clothes already, a bit of fresh blood really didn't take any effect, Clairna realised she was sort of venting her anger at herself out on Fay, for some reason, she felt a little bad about that, currently being a lot more vunerable and sensitive to everything than she usually was, but that feeling passed very quickly.
(lol, that sounds like fun.

city; wrote: Taylor watched Clairna's reaction, seeing that the girl obviously was a little annoyed by Taylor. Huh. Too bad. She enjoyed this a little more than she should. Clairna had that air to her that she was better than everybody. Ten times cooler. A better healer. Somebody to trust. Taylor scoffed internally. As if.
"Good," Taylor said brightly, a sickly sweet smile etching her mouth. "I'm glad you liked that compliment." It was time for her to play a mind game. She knew how to keep her thoughts in check. Most of the time. "You know, Clairna, I wouldn't be surprised if you go to sleep one night, and not wake up. Karma is a true b--ch. I hope you know this." She shrugged. "But I guess you're just too bad -ss to care."
Taylor kept her smile to herself, and a tight lid on her excitement that she for Clairna to frown. She wanted to run around screaming that she got a reaction, but that wouldn't work. So, Taylor left all triumphant emotions alone. But she did let the smallest of glares leak through when Clairna smiled at Lilly. She really was crazy. An for some reason, that just got under Taylor's skin. Why did Clairna take such pleasure in this? It wasn't like she had any rights to mess with peoples' heads. She should be trying to help them! But why she didn't just evaded Taylor.
Taylor instantly regretted yelling. It wasn't her best moment, really. At least it wasn't her worst. She sighed, cupping a hand on her chin. The two of them were standing on either side of Lilly, the girl in a pool of blood, muttering nothings to herself. Of course she was worried! Clairna just ... Made Taylor want to scream. "Yes, Clairna," she sighed, "I do care. I kind of want to keep us sane ... At least the dreams. You and Damien have already lost it." She shrugged, putting her hands in her pockets. "I do wish that I could heal mentally. It would make life a million times easier. I might just even have fixed yours." Taylor wasn't lying. She wanted to fix Clairna, however difficult it may be. She knew the girl had a little left in her. She was in love, after all. There is something I. There to salvage. But there wasn't anything she could do for now.
"Wow, Clairna. Really? You act like you're better than I am! Holy s--t!" Taylor laughed, putting her thumb against her lips. "You didn't fix your boyfriend either!" Taylor rolled her eyes, making a scoffing noise I'm the back of the throat. "And yes. I did bring him in. I know you can read me like a book. Sometimes, it's better that way." I'm not that stupid she thought.
Taylor snorted. "Woooohoo. Big f---ing woop. Clairna doesn't want to talk. Of course," she muttered, a hand pressed to her temples. Manipulative little crazy person. Taylor took a deep breath, putting her hand back in her pockets. "Holy hell. Him being on life support is totally what I asked." Taylor shook her head, but did watch where Clairna pointed. "Thank you," she grumbled. It took her long enough.
Taylor shook her head, after listening to the Healer. "What am I thinking? I'm acting like you have a conscience. Obviously, I'm wrong."
Taylor started towards his room when Fay woke up. "Fay!" She cried out, walking over to her worriedly. However much she liked Shadow, Fay was still very important to her. Taylor knew that she couldn't heal Fay, but she could keep her company and make her as comfortable as possible. If she died, The Dream Healer wanted to make sure she died in comfort. Though she doubted it would happen. She was too strong willed. But, again, Clairna got to her first. And shook her like a rag doll. "Drop her, Clairna," Taylor ordered in a firm, and very fierce voice. If seemed like she was more protective of Fay than Shadow at times. She watched as Clairna simply dropped her. "Fay," she said quietly, squatting down next to her. "Need help?" All thoughts of Shadow were put to rest as her healing instincts kicked in. Fay was sick and right before her. He -- at the moment -- didn't matter. Surprisingly.
[ Lol, yup. :} ]
[ it is, too! ]
[ I'm going to most likely bring him in after all this drama unfolds. When the disease passes, he'll find his way into the clans. ]
[ Time for Lilly to come into light! MOWAHAHAHAHAH! ]
Lilly silently listened to Taylor a d Clairnas' conversation. She picked up anything that they said about him. Her Shadow. The guy she had known since the beginning. But the second Clairna mentioned where he was, Lilly shoved herself to her feet, slipping slightly in her haste. Her mind still wasn't all there. "You swear he's there?" She demanded. She saw Fay and Taylor on the floor, but ignored them. She must have been a sight; blood shot eyes, bloodied clothing, hair literally just dripping from the anonymous person's blood. She didn't care. She had to find out where he was. But Lilly didn't wait for an answer. She jumped over people and various bodies, darting into that hole in the wall. She was rewarded. "Shadow," she breathed in relief.
[Haaahaaa! Here we go!]
[Piieeeee! Are you dooooone?]
(I find it funny that Clairna hasn't ever thought that (well most of it, she has thought before that she's much better at being a healer than Taylor is), but Taylor gets that impression)
Smirking at Taylor's reaction, Clairna went back over to the healer girl, not bothering with Fay anymore, to Taylor she said, "Many, many have tried to kill me in my sleep, pity for them I was trained to be an incredibly light sleeper, well if something was close by me or I could feel a threat was close by that is. Those that have tried were played around with so much that noone dares to even set foot in my sleeping area for fear that they'll never make it out unscathed."
Laughing slightly at Taylor calling her 'bad***, she responded, "So you think I'm a bad*** b****? Is that your mindset of me?" a secound later she added, "How amusing."
While she didn't think Taylor was interesting enough to bother with, she had to admit she did enjoy messing with the girl, there was something about making people, especially the irritating ones, flit through their emotions, and their mental states becoming fragile, especially if they tried to pretend they weren't being affected by her.
Though she didn't want to admit that she sort of found Taylor to be an interesting opponent.
(Oh, what would be fun is when Fay remembers what she saw, Taylor could hear about it, then Taylor would understand a little more about why Clairna dislikes the world, and enjoys seeing others upset and in pain.)
Upon hearing that if she could, Taylor would fix Clairna, the girl hissed angrily, bringing out a dagger, Clairna quickly moved over to Taylor and held it underneath the girl's throat, gripping the other healer's arm hard, so much that around Clairna's grip, blood vessels started to burst(it's not as painful as it sounds actually), meaning that Taylor would have some nasty bruising, if Clairna gripped any harder, the girl would break through Taylor's skin.
"Say that when you're dead."
That comment had turned this serious, Clairna didn't like Taylor saying that, and it seemed like an honest comment too, which only made it worse, Clairna didn't need fixing, she was fine already, if she was 'fixed' then she wouldn't be Clairna, she'd lose her identity, she'd lose Damien, that was something she couldn't handle.
Though the next part calmed her down slightly, Taylor had changed her tune, so it wasn't so much of a threat.
Clairna wanted to say that she was going off to find the cure, which was more that what Taylor could do, but she wanted to keep that a secret, she wanted to make Taylor think that there was no hope, her friends would die, and all of Taylor's healing skills would be useless, she wanted to see the girl break.
So Clairna kept silent about there being a possibility of a cure.
"You think the same thing, you think you're better than me." she replied in a slightly irritated tone.
Grinning slightly, knowing that she was hitting one of Taylor's soft spots quite well, the information about Shadow being on life support was definitely upsetting Taylor, she knew that the girl was trying her absolute hardest to show no reaction, it was so very amusing watching the girl try and appear unresponsive to Clairna's words.
Sort of right then she had the feeling of wanting to play around with Taylor's head a bit more, but Clairna decided that it was enough for now, her judgement from her having enough play time for now was correct, she felt better now, Clairna could always play with Taylor's mental state later, perhaps torture was in Taylor's future, she had by that point removed the blade from sitting next to Taylor's throat, and had put the dagger away for now.
She found it disgusting that Taylor was so worried about that pathetic weakling Fay, this was why she didn't think of Taylor as a worthy opponent, people that were so entirely focused on helping everyone, were not worth her time, they were usually too easy to break, the fun ended too quickly, Taylor reminded her of that brat Desmond, both of them had similar personalities, they'd help everything if they possibly could, it sickened Clairna that such people existed, you shouldn't want to fix every single little thing, it was useless to try something like that, if they only tried to help a couple of things, she wouldn't hate them so much, but they continued being pathetic in thinking that all could be well in the end.
(All right, as I said, I'll look forward to it)
(I feel bad for Lilly...

)
Noticing that Lilly had gotten up and gone through the hole in the wall, Clairna decided to follow, the girl was deranged, she didn't want her near Damien, so she went back into the room, went over to Damien, and sat down quietly next to him, eyeing Lilly with narrowed eyes, not liking the girl being in the room.
Clairna wondered briefly if Shadow was safe being near that girl, but then she decided that if Shadow was taken care of, it'd be one less problem, though Damien wouldn't like it. So Clairna wasn't worried about Lilly, so long as she didn't come over, she couldn't leave with Lilly being in the room, who knows what the girl would do, and Damien wasn't in the best state to be near such a crazy girl, though Savannah could probably handle Lilly, so it might be ok to go try and find that cure.
Glancing over to the spot where that Desmond kid was sitting, she wondered when he'd be waking up, she couldn't do anything without finding out what the kid knew, if he knew anything at all.
Turning her attention back to Damien her face filled with worry she said to him, "You're ok for now right?" she asked in a slightly trembling tone, becoming upset again just from seeing him because she felt so terrible about hurting him like she had.
(Pity I can't wake Shadow up now and start our plan....

I'm trying to keep as close as possible as I can to how he should be medically, I've already shortened the amount he's going to be out of it by a fair bit already, but the absolute minimum is he'll be out of it(as in; being in a coma) for another two days(roleplay time, not real time), any shorter and then the medical side of things is done for. Though I'd love to wake him up now, I really can't....D: Besides he sorta needs to be cured and healthy to be able to pull off the plot we have in mind I think. So it'll have to wait for now...:'( )
((But I suppose it'll just make it more fun later because we've had to wait))
(I feel like I've done a horrid job on Clairna's reply for some reason....)

(I get why there is only one of each, it's a lot simpler for one thing, but they could've used nicknames or something, but I do realise it'd be too fiddly for people to have many characters with the same names, in reality it is impossible for various people to tell just from words, which is which really. There are a lot of reasons why there is only one of each for roleplays, and I get that, I just find it frustrating that it is one of the things you just have to deal with because there isn't any proper solution to it. Though fiction books really should do that, have more than one person for each name, as it'd be a lot easier for you to be able to tell the difference between them, especially if the book turns into a movie. Actually why do barely any movies have more than one person with the same name? I mean c'mon, it's one thing that fantasy and fiction books in general, as well as roleplays and such to have only one person for every name, but it's a completely different thing for movies....I mean you can see the people all the time because of the visual part, you can easily tell the difference, yet barely any movies have characters with the same names, it's so stupid...But I can live with it, it's just an irritating part of life I suppose.)
(Aw...So cute! I have fond memories of a pet called Cherry, I love that name! I'm happy someone is using the name in this rp.
