What would need to be added to either side?

Unfair to the Blue Toxic, around a low Main Rares List pet should be added (e.g. Red X PPS, Wolf PPS, etc). ^_^

If the egg grows into a Nick Unicorn, it's unfair to them.
It the toxic grows into a low toxic like a Green/Yellow/Red Toxic, then it's unfair to you.

Depending on the tag's outcome, if it's a dogtag, it's unfair to you, if it's a nontag, it's unfair to them.

Depends heavily on the outcomes of the Toxic and the Nick.
If it's a Nick unicorn, it's very very unfair to them, for instance; however, if it's just a regular Nick horse and a lower-level toxic, it's unfair to you.

Demand-wise, is a BA for a UR Butterbun fair? I'm not really good at demands. xD

I think that BAs go for low Toxics like Green/Yellow lately (I don't know for sure because I haven't seen a BA trade lately), so that'll be unfair to the UR Butterbun (the technical gap covers up the demand).
