I am glad that this is of benefit. And i agree that this was overdue; I, for one, found it a pain to dig through forums to find the rules. I never even realized there were this many until we made this!

A year ago the community offered to help out. The answer was, No, no. Official staff would do it. It would have been so much simpler had we known that an unofficial one was perfectly acceptable until we got that official one you know... last year.

I don't know why? Tess said this was perfectly acceptable (as quoted on first post)
I guess it's because they cant get the official one done in a timely manner and realized it'll take

Either way, it has been said the official is being worked on and will be completed as time goes on.

I have a question and I didn't want to make a whole topic just to ask and I didn't want to bother the mods ^^ Would it be okay to make an "official" music suggestion thread? Tons of people ask for music suggestions and make whole topics dedicated to that and I think it would be easier to make one thread to cover it all to eliminate topic spam, like a place to introduce your music preferences and to ask for some suggestions.
If yes, what would be the rules for it?
If no, sorry for asking, it was just a tiny idea ^^;;

"Music Suggestions?"

The one you linked is just for putting what you're currently listening to.

What I'm suggesting is something like a thread you would go to for music suggestions to eliminate more people from posting all of those above topics. Where you would list what artists or types of music you enjoy and people could respond by giving some songs or suggestions of things they listen to. If we could compress it all to one "official" music suggestion topic, it would be less spam for the forum and it's easier to keep track of if it's just one topic.
For the Currently listening to one, it's not really for asking for suggestions on music...
If anything, I could just send in a help ticket or something to actually ask a mod if it would be okay...
