then again, this is a biased person here. cats > dogs in my opinion, so oops.

Is the Rudolph kitty PPS rarer than the other outcomes, or is it just in higher demand?

I got two of the PPS, so, IDK if it's more rare or not.

I don't think it's rarer so much as more popular.
