Currently one of my closest friends is dropping out of the college we are going to and i don't know if i will see her or even talk to her any more. I've only known her for a little while but she is one of the closest frends I have. i guess what i am asking is what cheers you up?

My cat, who I have had my whole life, is being taken to the vets to be put down.
My mum has just phoned and told me that she has been put to sleep.

I need a hug...I can't sleep. I swear to god, there is something after me. I keep seeing shadows moving, I hear footsteps and static...and then there was two nights ago. I was sleeping out on the couch, and all of the sudden, it was like my mind was trying to shut down. I heard static buzzing all around me and I felt like I was in control of my body. I couldn't breathe and I couldn't shake it off. Eventually, I managed to pull out of it. I swear, once I came back, I saw a shadow move from above me.
I'm paranoid. I know. But...I can't sleep, I can't be alone...God, I'm terrified. I just need a hug...or some advice...

that's awful,it's really good that you went to see a docter. (: for myself, I'm a couple pounds underweight but it's natural for my bodytype . good luck and best wishes!<3 I hope you gain your health soon
