Venom smiled, "Well, Do you want to go get some apples?" then he laughed a little, "I'm sure the baby will love them." and trotted in the direction in which the scent of the apple trees. The smell brought the little trail to take back into mind, Venom remembered how to get there again.

Venom trotted on the little trail the deer and the herd walked on to get to the little orchard. It reeked of deer, but the apple's smell covered most of it up.

Venom was glad that they were getting away from the herd for once, and now there was a horse around his age to talk to and run around with. He knew once the foal was born, she wouldn't be running around as much and would be protecting the foal untill it was able run and play.

As they neared the orchard, The arabian stopped and saw the deer muching on apples off the ground. They weren't tall enough to reach them, or knock them off the tree. Venom laughed and cantered around the trees to scare them off before jumping up to grab an apple.

The arab kept close to Venom,Jumping as well.Instead of grabbing it,She reached her legs up,Knocking a buch down to the Ground.

Every so often, Venom would rear up and grab an apple off the tree, a couple would fall with it. The apples were green and tiny, in August they would start getting riper and in the fall they would be perfect. He remembered the apples his owner would give him in the fall, that was the year he was set free. The memory was nothing to him, Venom chose being free over living on a ranch and having to carry a saddle and rider around and expected to run.

The Bay mare smiled softly,Lowering her head.She grabbed an apple that has recently fallen,Eating it before a sharp kick came to her."Great."She mumbeld.It was time.Yes,It was early,And yes,It always happened.There was always a chance of the foal being lame in a leg,Or being blind in one,Or Both eyes."Venom,I have to go.I'll meet you at the herd tomarrow."She said.And with that,She was off.

Ghost lifted his head. Even in play, his entire senses were acutely attuned to everything that was happening in his herd. Abandoning the play for this moment, he moved fluidly forward, reaching his scout stallion within a matter of moments.
"What's going on?" He asked the other stallion politely, as he spied one of the mares who had just joined his herd going off on her own. He wouldn't follow her yet till he received all the facts as to where she was going.
