FeatherKit sighed. She helped LeafKit rub his chest. NightKit coughed up some water. FeatherKit moved him away from the puddle to prevent choking. She started to like his fur the wrong way once she noticed he was shivering. " he's getting cold" she said softly.

"Bring him into thr nursery snd keep licking him." Leafkit ordered.

FeatherKit picked him up and dragged him back to the Nursery. She glared at LeafKit. " Your not my mother!" she spat. " Mom says not to trust new cats but......Your alright. Hey! wanna be friends?" she asked pulling her bigger brother into the nest.

Leafpaw nods. "Sure." She mewed. "I did almost drown once, and a cat rescued me and told me how he did it in case I saw another cat drown. Now, Lick your brother and I'll bring him some water." She padded to the waterfall and grabbed the moss around her neck. No one noticed.. She thought. Leafkit dipped the moss in the water and brought it to the nursery. She dropped it near Nightkit's nest. "Does he eat prey yet?" Leafkit asked.

FeatherKit stopped licking NightKit. " Um.... Did you by any chance catch his name?" she asked. FeatherKit continued to lick NightKit. FeatherKit nodded. " Mom said were still to young. But we could try it. I'll ask my friend." she said, bounding off out of the nursery.

NightKit started to cough again. His eyes opened but were slightly glazed. He blinked.
