Your definition of normal would be to have friends, a family and a home. Well. You have it all but hidden beneath it is something that changed your life. How it began?Well, lets start at the beginning.

Life was good for you. Your parents were wealthy enough, you went to a good school and you had your friends. But there was always something inside you. You dont know what it was but it was always there. A sense of craving. To do dangerous things maybe, for the adrenaline rush. Fire!. Or to be in tune with the world. To feels it beat beneath you. Earth! Maybe to be in the air. A lot of people wanted that but never more than you. Air!Or to be in the water. To feel the water dance around you. Water!

But what ever it was, it messed with your mind. And at the age of 14 you started to develop one main personality. You had to do something sometimes and nothing could stop you. Your parents were worried as your friends had strayed away from your mind. You started to sit in your room and play with your hands. What was it?Why were you like this?

You may not know. But we do. We are Surdime High. The school of the abnormal. We know all about your gift curse power. We have been learning all about you. And now that you are 16, you must learn how to use them.

So one day, while your going up to get some milk for your family, you notice a black car following you. Of course you walk a little faster, unsure if they are actually after you or if its some old lady thinking that going over her current speed would be illegal. Either way you panic when two guys two big guys step out. Your speed of walking makes you look weird so to stop yourself getting embarrassed you start power walking.

What are you doing?Powerwalking?! And then you do something even worse. You walk into an alley way. Finally your cornered. They ascend upon you, their shadows taunting you. "I know karate!"you said determinedly. Of course you dont know karate. One makes a lunge for your arm and you swing to the side as he misses. What?He missed. How did you do that?

The other man tried to lay a punch on your face. Your hand springs out and stops him. In a second your other hand lunges forward and gets his stomach, making him cough and fall back. Once again the first man comes at you. He kicks your stomach but you grab his leg and twist it. Like a deer you leap forward and land two hits to the face on this man. How did you do that?!

The second man is on the phone. You overhear him"Its them alright, get more over here"He says. More?There are going to be more?Sprinting forward you try to run away. Getting round the corner the last thing you see it someone's fist with a snake ring on it before it all goes black.

You have arrived at Surdime High. You have been here for a week. They have told you that you are the owner of one of the earth's elements. Your so dazed but you know that you are attending this school and along with your normal school subjects, you must learn to work with your talent.

Facts

General

-First, your character has two abilities. The first one is being able to create their element out of the air. The second is an individual one in which i give to you.

-Next; every element has its weakness element. As for fire, it is water, as for earth, it is fire. If your character ever gets into a fight with one of their weakness elements, they will most likely lose.

-Finally-Two of the same elements can not attract. Because as fire is a fiery and sometimes stubborn group, if you put two very angry and stubborn fire elements together, their relationship is going to end in one of them as ashes. Got it?

Fire

Ofcourse, fire is the most rebellious of the elements. They are usually very stubborn and fiery. With a passion for danger they are adrenaline junkies and are the ones who break all the rules. At school they are bright and smart but dont like to show it. Fire are usually the most popular and stay in their own little packs. Yes, fire students dont like change. It is usually what ends in their doom. Change is dangerous, strange and scary.
Fire are known to be the most flirtatious. With a sexy and seductive side to them, they know how to look good. Yes, they know they are beautiful and use it to their advantage.
But fire are probably the most powerful element. Of course this doesnt mean they will win every time. Its just that they are very strong willed and it gives them power. They are not afraid to feel pain and no, this doesnt mean their insensitive, it just means that they have powerful minds. And this, ultimately is what makes them, truly, a blazing inferno.

Water

One word to explain water students. Pure. They are very spirited and kind people. They are the less social element of the bunch but are very cunning. Yes, they are the smartest. Being strategic and cunning, the water like to make plans that are fool proof. Yes, in a war, they like to make traps and such. Water are very quiet and also do not like change. Since they also keep to their little groups, water also have a habit of becoming solitary. Yes, they will stay by themselves and enjoy it. Water are usually artists or authors but dont get them wrong, they have been known to be violent. Water have always had something known as a rage. When truly threatened, their power doubles its usual limits. It is rare for a water to do this but possible so dont make them angry. Water are true characters. It is hard to earn their trust but once you've got it, you have a friend forever. Yes, they are loyal people. Water are the most intelligent element and it would be suicide to call one an enemy.

Earth

Haha, Earth. They are the worlds favourite. Yes, Earth students are very in tune with the world. They can sense danger and see oncoming disasters. They have heightened senses. Sight, smell, hearing, they are all much more enhanced than the other elements. Earth are laid back people. With calm and wise attitude's they are the peace keepers. No, they are not innocent like Water, they arent afraid to kill and attack. No, they are not pathetic in that way. Earth are strong in every way. They work together. And they are not afraid of anything. . .including change. They love the world. And life!Yes, they are lively themselves. Earth are always open for opinions and are probably the most social. They are also the joking type. Not in a way that makes them funny, they are just the sort of people to cheer you up. Earth do have a dark side though. Most of them will have dark pasts and i wouldnt recommend asking about their life.
Though Earth are impatient. Yes, this also includes with their romance life. Earth get bored with who they are with if things dont stay exciting. In battle, they are the first ones to attack. This is Earth's downfall and it is quite easy to set them off which can end in them getting in trouble with you blame free.

Air

Royal. Air has been known to be the royal element. They are extremely noble and proud. Air are usually very casual about things. Though they do put themselves higher than normal people. They think their power puts them higher. But dont worry, Air are soft and sensitive people. They are relatively social and are open to new things. With a fierce side, air are not the people to pick fights with. They are very calm with their fighting with clear and focused mind. If you are in a rage and just trying to smash them in, you will lose. You too must be calm and you might have a chance. Air are unique and tranquil people.
If you happen to have a crush on them, you must know that they are steady people who hate to rush things. Dont try and make an Air do something that they dont want to do. That will automatically make them have no trust in you. Yes, Air are immensely loyal people who will be at your side always.

Element Enemies

Fire's Enemy Element
Water. Yes, this is an original enemy as water can extinguish fire. So in a brawl, water has the advantage. Dont worry though, fire still has a good chance.

Air's Enemy Element
Earth. This is because air can not go through earth because it is a solid. So, sorry air but you do not have the odds in your favour when you verse earth.

Water's Enemy Element
Air. Well, because air is a powerful force and able to push water back. No, air can not make water die but it can push it away. It is a good power as it is not in air's nature to kill anyway.

Earth's Enemy Element
Ofcourse, the only element left, fire. Yes, fire can heat up the dirt, make it crack and such. It also burns leaves, sets stuff on fire, we all know what a burn feels like.

School Rules

These Are Made To Be Broken :3

1.All activities and classes must be completed.
2.You must turn up to all classes.
3.Respect must be given to all teachers.
4.You are not allowed to use your powers towards another student or teacher.
5.You are not allowed to use your powers outside of the school publicly.
6.All students must be back inside the school grounds before 6:00.
7.You are not allowed in a different elements dorm.
8.The midnight fights have been banned, you may not use them.
9.No romance between any students as this could cause power break outs.
10.Failure to abide these rules will result in punishment for your whole dorm.

If you dont know about the Midnight Fights, here is a little information.

Years before you started the school a group of students wanted to see which element was best. And since it was against school rules, on specific nights the students would head out to the far side of the quad. There they would host fights only using their powers. Whoever won would have to be treated like they were higher than the rest. Until the next fight. When the teachers found out it was banned off but students still hold the occasional fight. Maybe your element will win next.

The teachers.
There are two main teachers. Ray Peters and Maria Pine. These teachers patrol the schools and are very alert. They also watch out for Midnight fights. Ray teaches Schedule One and Maria Schedule Two.

Maria is a sweet and generous person. She
is calm and easy to get along with. She doesnt really
have a negative side like others but can make you
feel guilty. She favours Fire and Earth and a little
Water than Air. If you make her angry though she
isnt afraid to use her own powers on you.

Ray is a laid back person who doesnt mind the odd chat. He is serious in a funny way and enjoys being outside. He does favour the Earth and Air Element more than the others as they seem more laid back like him. He is the more angry one out of the two and doesnt tolerate foolishness. He hates the Midnight Fights and is always looking out for them. Also, when he is angry, he is likely to use his powers to intimidate.

["I have my morphing dolphin Splash. . .i was five when i named him. I was swimming at the beach one day right and everyone was playing with the dolphins but he was alone. Of course im a good swimmer so i went up to him. When my hand touched him he bolt of electricity went through us. I went spiraling back and went under water. I couldnt breath because my mouth had been opened when i had fallen back. He had gone under me and brought me to the surface. We played for a while and when it was time to go, i left him. Except the fact that a dog followed me out. When my parents drove away some how the dog followed and in the middle of the night he was howling outside my house. M parents let me keep him but i had to do chores to feed him. I love Splash."]

[Brandon is a real character. He may seem cocky when he really isnt. He's just very sparky. Yes, Brandon is a social guy with a lot of fun in him. He is generally kind and isnt really flirty until he thinks the girl is right for him. Yes, he will flirt for the fun of it but not in a mean way. He liked to have company and can get scared when his friends are hurt.
It is hard not to like Brandon as he is charismatic and loves to spark things up. Unlike usual Water people, he is not solitary in any way. This is why when he first came to the school, they teachers wondered of he was a hybrid. They still arent sure of he is or not but for now, Water is his element.
Yes, Brandon may act funny and sweet but he is brutally honest sometimes. You ask for an opinion, you will sure be getting one. He is also extremely smart. That is where his water powers come in, Brandon can think twice as fast as any normal person. Being very strategic, Brandon is skilled in fighting. When in combat his usual personality is gone. His eyes turn an intense grey and his muscles bulk up. With a dark hidden power beneath him known as the rage, anyone if afraid to fight him.
Yes, Brandon has experienced the rage. It took him when he was swimming with Splash. Brandon was only 13 but some people who caught dolphins managed to catch Splash in the net. Brandon had only recently found out about this powers so when Splash was caught he didnt know what to do. Using his powers he made the water solidi slightly so he could stand. Clumsily managing to throw a weak water ball at them it wouldnt work.
And then the men started to laugh at them. Brandon's eyes turned to a glowing white, his hair did the same. And sadly, they were in the sea so the power of it all made him very strong. Soon a huge wave towered over the ship. The men were screaming and running. And then Splash contacted him through mind. He told him that it wasnt worth it. Brandon was in the rage and it was very hard to stop him but his friend got through to him. The wave slowly shrunk until he let it go and it crashed into the side of the boat. The pole holding the net snapped and all of the dolphins were free.
Brandon hasnt been in the rage since and he is afraid that he will do it again. ]

["Oh, well i lived the usual life. I lived in California of course. My memories start at three but they are only rough so i guess five will have to do. My family was relatively wealthy. My father was always out as he was a scientist so for many nights it was just me and my mom. You know the story about Splash but once we got him, my mother became sick. She had cancer and it was too late to help. When she died i fell into depression. With only Splash to be with me at home, i could do nothing. At this time i hadnt found out Splash could talk to me.
My father was also suffering. He couldnt keep his mind focused like me and we were both becoming distant of one another. He then hired a nanny called Sage. She was kind and helped me. But she never replaced my mom. Sage was kind and quiet and let me do my own thing. My friends tried to cheer my up but it wasnt working.
For years my mind and soul slipped down the drain. So when i turned 11 i had no friends and my father was a stressed man. Ofcourse to me, life was an endless pit. My father was dating someone called Darcy and she was also kind. They got married and took me on their honey moon. We went to a beach resort. And this was where i discovered my powers. I was playing in the water with Splash as a dog when we started a water fight. When i went to splash some water at him, a wave came up. I was astonished and instead, kept my hand above the water. Thrusting my arm forward another wave hit Splash.
And then he contacted me. He said something about not getting his eyes wet. Long story short he showed me he could morph into other animals, a horse and a dolphin. And then we both learned about my power. I had my rage when i was 13 and we were on the honey moon. Of course you know what happened. Splash and I were loving all of this. My attitude changed and when i became happy, the whole family did. Darcy was like my mom, she would never replace her but i didnt mind having two moms.
When i was 16 i had my friends back and i was a popular guy. And finally the day came. Yeah, you know, i was followed, they caught me, i ended up here. You got the gist."]

[Nikita lived a normal life. She lived in a small little house with both her parents and her annoying little brother Jacob. At the age of 9 she found out about her powers. Her family naturally were unsure and soon they came to resent her. Jacob feared her and they kicked her out of the house. Nikita was scared and hid in bushes and such. And soon she came to starve. Crawling into a hole she hoped to die. But a dog found her. Her name was Babe. Nikita could understand the dog through their minds and together they lived together. They actually hunted. Fish from a local stream and such. Word had gotten out about a feral girl and she was on the news for a while.
People began to search for her. Nikita was older now, 16. And the school found her. Ofcourse when she was caught and taken tot he school, she actually used her powers for the first real time. She killed three men and injured around 10. The school was impressed but unsure. And so her training began.
And now here she is today. She is the most skilled student in the whole school and so far the oldest.]
