Official Dust Bunny Dragon Role Play

Dust Bunny Dragons have long fuzzy tails,which have horns coming from the ends. There is another horn on their heads, both horns contain magical energy. Usually, each dragon has a power of their own, two powers being very rare. All the Dust Bunny Dragons are organized by powers when it comes to 'packs' or 'groups'. Each dragon has a job according to their power, and they are stuck with that job forever in the group. It's the only way for survival after all. These dragons are adapted to cold weather, but the others who are not born with the fur and claws fit for cold weather, live in the grasslands. Though, it is uncommon, but not rare.

Originating in the mountainous areas of the netherworld, are world like ours created by thousands of years of human imagination but contain many magical aspects. Dust bunny dragons are barely the size of a full grown rooster, and live as old as 150 years. They are said to be born from The love of humans. When the love in the world is high the dragons find a life partner...However, they do not need to have a partner TO have children, that happens in another way, of course.

While these dragons can have relationships with each other, they are absolutely are not able to have pups with each other. A baby Dust Bunny Dragon like said in the beginning is born from the love of humans, not the dragons themselves.

The horns on their head and tail that contain magical energy are the major life sources of the dragon. once the magical energy runs out, the dragon reincarnates into an aspect of nature. Whether it be a flower, vegetable, fruit, or any other sort of plant/nature.

A Baby DBD is born without Claws and very short horns making it almost impossible to survive on it's own. Mostly because a newborn is roughly the size of the palm of you're hand. Because newborn DBD's are so small and cant defend themselves, they are susceptible to predators such as owls, cats, wolves, foxes and racoons. A baby DBD when born immediately begins to search for a "Mother" or an Adult DBD to seek protection. The first adult DBD (male or female) nearby is usually the lucky one that takes in the newborn and protects and raises it till it's fully grown.

Most DBDs have a symbol in their thigh/flank/whatever you wanna call it, and this usually symbolizes something of their personality, history, age, or name. Some parents base their child's name off of this 'mark'.

Melodious Solo held her clarinet to her lips. She could play the saxophone, sure, but she decided to play the ole clarinet today. Her back leaned against a tree as she played, sweet music spilling out of the bell of the woodwind. Her claws brushedover the metal keys as she closed her eyes. She had this song memorized from a long time ago...
Then, something knocked her over. The upper annd lower joint departed from each other. Son was winded. She gasped for air. "Oh sweet love! Did I break it?! Please tell me I didn't!" said a familiar voice. Gnarl. "Of course you didn't break it! It's supposed to do that, idiot!" Sonorous said, feeling a little ticked.

Icy fluffed her tail tracing her claw along the edge of a still pond. Her ears folding perked up listening to the sweet sound of Melodious's clarinet, Her blue eyes stared blankly into space. Icy's thoughts drifted in and out of that world they lived in, images of a snowy wasteland flowed in and out of her imagination, and the image of a small plant within that wasteland, struggling through the snow. fighting to live. Her thoughts were interrupted by the sweet music stopping and a clanking sound. "oh sweet love! Did I break it? Please tell me I didn't!" chanted a panicked voice and Icy rolled her eyes. 'and i was enjoying it too...oh well' She sat up on her hind legs and stretched her wings, hearing a annoyed voice answer the other DBD. "Of course you didn't break it! It's supposed to do that, idiot!"
"Thats fun" Icy opened one of her eyes into the once still pool and saw a green eyes staring at her. Clara. She smiled at the younger adult DBD and shrugged "I like her music, it's soothing. But what do you mean by fun?" Clara shrugged and climbed out of the water. Shaking her slightly to rid her fur of access water. "I mean, to play an instrument. sometimes I wish my human once played one" "The human that created you had an intense love of water. which is why your able to breath under water. I'd give anything to do that. all I can do is create ice sculptures!" Clara laughed and bounded away from Icy laughing. "oh well, I gotta go find food! see ya!" Icy shook her head began to walk towards the two other DBDs "Hey Sonorous! That was nice playing!".

Sonorous Bass twisted the two pieces back together, making sure to press the end key of a 'D' note so that the keys wouldn't get bent on eachother. She went to check the reed and the ligature. The ligature was bent, but the reed was a tiny bit chipped. She scowled. Oceanic watched her over her shoulder. "Why do you have a piece of wood there?" she asked curiously, pointing with a claw to the reed. "It's what makes the vibrations and sound." Sonorous explained.
Bass turned towards Icy. "Thanks! I usually play the saxophone, but I missed my clarinet." she paused to push Oceanic away a bit. "How are you, Icy?" she asked as she loosened her ligature and stuck it in the side of her mouth. "Ewww!" Gnarl exclaimed. "What?" Bass asked, sounding confused.

Icy looked over to the frustrated Bass, the frown on her face and glare pointed towards her instrument. She watched as her face contorted into a mixture of frustration and concentration as she stuck the ligature in her mouth. "ewww!" Gnarl exclaimed and bass looked over at her in confusion "What?" Icy chuckled "Gnarl, It's just a part of the instrument. What do you mean by 'eww'?" "welll is it the mouth piece?" Icy jumped slightly feeling Clara sneak up behind her "Claraaa don't DO that!" Clara smiled deviously and winked innocently "What?~ I just wanted to know " Icy rolled her eyes and smiled "I thought you 'had to go somewhere' hmm?" Clara shrugged. "I wasn't needed..." Clara's green eyes stared at the instrument in wonder, her tail fluffing up a bit. "hey..uhh base can I touch it?...please?" Icy grunted and flicked her over the head hard with her tail. "oww! ICY! what was that for???" "don't be weird!" Exclaimed Icy shaking her head in annoyance.

Sonorous saw Icy coming, but decided to keep it a secret. It would be funny to see her reaction. "Gnarl, It's just a part of the instrument. What do you mean by 'eww'?" Ocean opened her mouth to defend herself when Icy appeared. "welll is it the mouth piece?" she heard her ask. "Claraaa don't DO that!" Clara smiled deviously and winked innocently "What?~ I just wanted to know " Icy rolled her eyes and smiled "I thought you 'had to go somewhere' hmm?" Clara shrugged. "I wasn't needed..." Clara's green eyes stared at the instrument in wonder, her tail fluffing up a bit. "hey..uhh base can I touch it?...please?" Icy grunted and flicked her over the head hard with her tail. "oww! ICY! what was that for???" "don't be weird!"
Bass chuckled. "Well, the reed in my mouth is a part of the mouth piece." she explained. She pulled the metal ligature off. "This is the ligature. It holds the reed in," she explained. "Sure, you can touch it if you want. But be careful, it's really old and fragile." she warned.
Gnarl leaned over the instrument and ended up falling on top of it, disconnecting the joints again. "GNARL!" Bass whined.

Flame sat next to a tree, fiddleing with his brass instrament. he played the cornet,quite diffrent from the clairnet, and oiled the valves. he dident have his music memerized, so he pulled out his white binder and fliped it open to his newest piece, Silver Bells and started to play. he missed severl high d's witch made the sweet song sound a bit sour.
