I've gotten so many of those! 5+ in the past few months or so.

I think they just PM users from the club to try to get some non-illiterate people on their forums.

In the case of some people, it might be that they want more active roleplayers, who are able to post great quantities and keep up a plot. I mean, it's pretty easy to find all of us; the semi- lit club is constantly moving, and constantly on the "most recent posts" thing. With the amount that most of us post, it's not a surprise that your name comes up for those things.

I've gotten about three of those, including the one for a forum without rules. I also got Harlequin's for Strawberry Muse. But, since my muse vanished, no posts for me. -_- But yeah ... I said I'd try and join that one.
I don't think it's creepy actually. It flatters me a lot. When they track me down, I giggle a little bit [Okay. Now I'm just weird. Shuddup self.], because I'm so used to my writing being torn apart by friends and teachers for constructive purposes, so seeing something like that kind of makes my day. Or evening. Whichever. So. Yup. Ignore me. :}

I'm going to reply to role plays now that I have the muse. At four thirty in the morning. -_- That little jerk.

usually from books, music and food [yes, food, i eat and have muse]. but muse seems to come and go whenever it feels like it. i once had a lot of muse for my novel in the middle of the subway, and i had to try to write a whole chapter of 1000 words on my phone... ¬¬

For me, ideas always arrives in the shower or when I'm just about to sleep - you know just at that second when you're finally relaxed and ready to unwind, then I can't sleep or stay warm in my lovely shower because about thirty different ideas for roleplays and responses have suddenly appeared out of nowhere. It's annoying, but I've got a whole stack of notebooks unde rmy bed now for this very reason.

I get my muse when I'm in the shower and about to go to bed too! xD It's the only time when I'm relaxed and think about interesting things to write and ideas :3
