Tempest made eye contact with Audio and approached him. "Audio Track, right?" She took a seat next to him. "I'm Tempest, paper out there says I'm your partner until they find a student for you."

Audio Track nodded lightly he knew it all along, though he though it would have been about being late not about having a staff member as a partner. "Yeah." he mumbled still nibling at his hay fries, she was nice but that didn't help that he hated beind literally forced to come here.

Sea Bolt wanted someone to talk too, but nobody came to her. It was like she was completely useless, and had no point in being at the academy. She decided to go bug her partner Blue Charge if she wanted anything. Sea Bolt might be a excellent flyer, but it had no major impact on her life other than doing her job quickly. She even wondered why she was here in the first place.

Blue grinned and nodded "Did that already!" she smiled before reaching over with a hoof "This shouldn't affect you then"

Thunderstrike shrugged, "I shouldn't think it will." She replied, but mentally braced herself for an electric shock anyway. She felt Blue Charge's hoof briefly touch her, but she felt no electric shock. "Nope, nothing." Thunderstrike shrugged again and finished off the last cookie on the plate.

Blue perked up after touching "Whoo! I can shake sompony's hoof for once!" she ended up laughing then falling out of her seat. She sat up and smiled "Heh, Whoopsie." she said before hopping back up on her seat, she noticed Sea Bolt coming by and she waved "Hey!"

"Well I'm not a Wonderbolt or anything, just a number cruncher for the weather service! I just help out where I can." He looks miserable. Well this is awkward... She twiddled her hooves, unsure of how to react. She's used to being paired with eager yet unskilled fliers, not unwilling ones.
