A. They read and watch the movie and don't like it
B. They read and watch the movie and like it
C. They only see the movie and like it
D. They only read the book and refuse to watch the movie because of the differences
You missed type E. They read and like the book, see the movie and don't like it. That's where I'm normally at. Hunger Games was okay though. I'm almost 1/2 way through City of Bones. Liking it so far. (Jace, Clary & Simon just watched the warlocks leave Luke's house.)

Hello!
Title: Wonder Struck
Author: Brian Selznick
Other books in series: None, But it's similar to The Invention of Hugo Cabret
Genre of the book: Realsitic Fiction
Anything I should know first?: It has a similar styling as The Invention of Hugo Cabret, since part of the book is pictures. I would highly recomend it. The story is amazing.

I love that book so much!! :33 <33 Brian Selznick is amazing :3 <33 ^^

i don't think it's similiar to hugo cabret though. only that the story is told partly with pictures as well... i guess .. ^^

hugo cabret is about a boy who's father died in a fire and his life in the train station and about magic and films etc. and wonderstruck is about a boy who becomes deaf and at the same time there's the story of a girl told that has actually happened a little earlier
(no spoilers here ^^) and they both run away from home ^^

well all i wanted to say was that the story isn't the same x)) sorry ^^

Nah. I only meant that it was similar due to the use of pictures and styling for the book. Otherwise they're completely different.
I love both Wonder Struck and The Invention of Hugo Cabrett. I would have to say that they're some of my favorite books(only slightly overshadowed by Agatha Cristie).
