are both an bit overpay/large overpay/huge overpay/underpay/even for Palomino tess horse?

Both are pretty overpay, but the bottom more so. Palomino tess horses have relatively bad demand, while that of the cerbs, liontails, and raven dogs is among the best in the game.

Unfair to the rat; it's a spot higher than the apple on the rares list. Both get pretty bad demand, though, so it isn't a terribly uneven trade

Would UR Apple + BMD be fair for Nonballoon?

Pretty fair, but maybe a little unfair to nonballoon. Demand for BMD balances it out well, though, so it's not too bad.

I can't believe those trees go for so much! O.o I just got an offer of 94 pets for my extra the other day... I still think this is unfair to the wolf, though, because it's pretty and drawn in Malk's lineart, which gets really high demand. I'm sure it could go for more than an advent tree.
