Wish came into this unforgiving world in a small village always covered in snow. No one really cared about her because she was a Mustang, not built for the snow. DeeDee is a very quiet mare. She isn't afraid of cars, humans, motorcycles, anything. But she can be spooked really easy. She is very sweet and loving, but is very flighty around stallions. When it is night fall or dark, she is very tense and uneasy and on edge because of her past in the night. She loves foals, but is very quite and very fast. She will run when needed to run, and she is very afraid of loud noises like a gunshot or firework.
History ;
DeeDee was born on a dude ranch. A dude ranch is where there are many horses that are ridden by different people for a good amount of money every day. They put DeeDee in a trailer and sent her many times to different dude ranches to see if they could get her to be not as soft on humans, and actually argue with the bit When DeeDee came back every single time, she just got softer. They loved her, and she didn't have any foals, but they put her up for sale for 2,000 grand. About a week later after she was put up for sale, two women came and tried her out.One was Kim and the other was Keri. They where sisters, and they where looking for another horse to take in the spot that there old horse was. There old horse was Bandit. He lived with them for so long, and he was a very great friend to Kim's granddaughter, Teagan. (I come in here. X3) Teagan had a real connection with Bandit, and they rode together every single time. A few months later in the hot month of July, was Teagan's Birthday. Bandit had died the Sunday before Teagan's birthday, and Kim had to tell her now 14 year old granddaughter that her best friend in the world was gone. When Kim told Teagan, Teagan instantly went up in tears crying about her lost friend that she loved so much. So they looked for a horse. They tried out a lot of horses, until they found DeeDee. When Kim rode DeeDee, she had a feeling that DeeDee would be a great horse for Teagan. Keri thought the same exact thing when she rode DeeDee. After they rode DeeDee, they told the owners of DeeDee that they where going to bring Teagan along and let her try out DeeDee and see is she likes her. About 3 Days Later, they came with Teagan in a small blue La Bamba. Teagan was the first one out of the car to meet the owners. She liked them instantly, because they where so nice. When Teagan saw DeeDee, she had a funny feeling in her stomach because she had never ridden a horse that didn't live with a family member, so it was a great first time experience for her. Teagan had a little anxiety about DeeDee at first, but after she watched Kim ride DeeDee, and same with the female owner named Cat, she was eager to ride DeeDee. When Teagan got on DeeDee, she got comfortable and relaxed. DeeDee had a smooth but fast trot, and she was very easy to control and very nice. DeeDee had sensitive flanks though. Teagan wanted to get her out of the little corral and into a pasture. The pasture was 4 acres long, enough to gallop full speed. So that is what Teagan did. She trotted with DeeDee for a little bit before going into a slow canter. DeeDee had no rhythm in her canter, but Teagan galloped her anyways. DeeDee was quick as a flash of light. The wind whipped in her and Teagan's face as they galloped. Teagan instantly fell in love with DeeDee and galloped her back to the fence, hugging her tightly. She claimed DeeDee almost in a second and ran around in the pasture with DeeDee. DeeDee followed Teagan happily, and it was hard to tell that they didn't have a connection with each other the first 8 hours they where together was the best moment of Teagan's life. Kim bought DeDee for 2,000 grand and Teagan came over to her house with her friend Jasmine to show Jasmine DeeDee. DeeDee was supposed to come Saturday, but she came Friday night, which made Teagan almost faint with happiness. When Teagan put DeeDee in the pasture, Dusty her Grandmothers gelding gave DeeDee some hay, and it made Teagan really happy that they liked each other. Teagan and Jasmine planned on sleeping outside in the tent in the pasture so they could be with DeeDee and Dusty. They where up giggling and laughing at a YouTube video and DeeDee squealed in pain and hooves galloped past the back of the tent. Teagan grabbed the flashlight and unzipped the tent and Jasmine followed. Dusty had his ears laid back and he was chasing DeeDee around the pasture. Teagan chased after Dusty and smacked him and chased him away from DeeDee. Jasmine was making sure Dusty was out of the way when Teagan was checking DeeDee for bite marks. She was covered with them and bleeding with labored breathing. Teagan had never seen anything like this before and it scared her so much. She was afraid that she would come out in the morning and DeeDee would be dead being killed by Dusty. But that didn't happen, but Teagan still had nightmares about it. DeeDee and Dusty soon grew to like each other, and the cuts and bites soon went away, but a new one came with each of them every month or so, but they where really happy together. (The dusty part is true, but the DeeDee and the cougar part isn't.) Dusty was locked up in his stall from hurting his hoof. DeeDee was out in the pasture grazing calmly when a cougar jumped out and chased her. She got away from it, but Dusty tried to break his stall door down to go save her. DeeDee ran away from the cougar and broke the wooden fence and broke free the cougar chasing after her. She misses Teagan greatly and wanted to find her way back for so long, but decided it would be better if she stayed free. She promised and swore to herself to never go back to Teagan and her ranch.

She wasn't named Cold Snap for nothing my dears. She is short tempered and stubborn to the point where only the most strong willed stallion manages to keep her in his herd. Course she isn't stupid. Herds mean protection from those snow loving predators that can move a lot faster than a lone mare. So for this reason she usually allows stallions to add her to their herd but she loves making their jobs difficult by regularly attracting other stallions to the herd in hopes of moving on from her lot. Always with the stronger stallion naturally. For this very reason she is hard to breed with because she will wait till the last chance to pick a stallion but if a stallion has his wits about him he wouldn't allow her to have her way unless he wants to end up with her attracting other stallions to his herd.

She belonged to her fathers herd up until recently when she decided things would be better if she chose her own way in life instead of being bullied into everything by her dam. She has been wondering alone for a week now and is looking for a herd to join and then be snaked from again and again until she ends up with the strongest stallion. I have raised one strong and healthy colt to be the age of one, but sadly was killed when an opposing stallion took over the herd. I then left because my mate, was dead in search of a new stallion though I don't think I will ever be able to be happy again.

Personality

I am very much moody and I don't tend to like aggressive stallions, but then again they all are at one point in time. I tend to try and take control, and be bossy even if I don't know about the full situation. Though I do have a flip side of being very motherly and protective, and would probably do anything to stand up for my foals especially if a stallion tried to take them from me. I will very much fight for what I want, and if you want her you will have to prove to her that you are worth staying with.

History

I was born and raised here out in the wild, so i am no stranger to the harshness of this world, though I am new to it on my own. My sire was a Grula stallion, Proud Thunder, my dam was a LusitoXFresian mix, Hazy Grey. I also had an older sibling I guess you could call him that, didn't know him very long as he was kicked out.

Physical Description

I am ruffly 17.3 hands and 1250 lbs. My mane is jagged mane that is both black and white, with light brown tips. I have two white socks on my forelegs and two white stockings on my hind legs, with a few spots of white covering some of my mane and a bit of my stomach. I have a small star on my forehead and the top part of my tail is white, with again a black base and light brown tips.
