Would this trade be fair and I'm not trading the green dog I just had to put him in because the puppy is not on the other persons wish list. Thanks for any help.

A '08 advent is worth around 7 '09 rares, so you might be asking a bit much, with all those store pets. But get another opinion, I am not an expert at quantity trades.
