I don't think the OP meant a changing background. I think she mean that you would change it to the "Goodnight CS" theme like you would with any other theme.

1) double-posting isn't a good idea; edit your post if you have something more to say ^^
2) I'm pretty sure the OP is suggesting a theme that you can set--like here, where it says "My board style:" and then you can change it to CSGreen, CSBusiness, CSChristmas, etc etc etc, I think the OP is suggesting something like a "CSNight"--NOT a theme that changes every twelve hours or something ^^;
