Also will do. (:

Edit - I have decided we will wait one more day and if the male humans are not taken, I will open it up to you guys if anyone wants a second character. (: And then if still there are no takers, if I have one perhaps we can make ... pre-arrangements ... for his death. *evil look* We'll work out something.

Name: Elijah Severin Everret
Gender: Male
Age: 22
Birthday: December 7th
Image

Hair: Black at medium length and unkempt.
Eye Color: Grey
Height: 5'9
Weight: 137
Description: Elijah stands at average height with a rather athletic figure. His skin pigmentation is paler than average thanks to his vampiric heritage and has a healthy collection of scars due to the risks that come with his job. He also has a few tattoos, namely a tribal design on his left arm and a dragon on his back. When it comes to clothing, Elijah tends to favor darker, longer clothing to hide weapons.

Image

Personality: Elijah takes his job as a bodyguard quite seriously, he will viciously fight off any threat to his scientist and if necessary, give his life in order to ensure their safety. He is very confident in his skills and will not back down from fights. Despite his strict discipline he still manages to keep a friendly and casual relationship with his scientist and the other dhampirs. Elijah is also known to have a deadpan sense of humor and tends to crack a few jokes on occasion. Recently, though he has become slightly more distant and his humor a little more biting than usual.

This change in demeanor can be attributed to disillusionment to his objective. He knows that the vampires were tortured and feels a degree of sympathy towards them. Elijah sometimes wonders if the scientists are worth protecting at all because of their treatment of the vampires and how they were able to consider this humane. Despite this he still feels obligation to protect his scientist not out of duty but because of loyalty. Elijah knows that soon his loyalties to his scientist and his sympathies toward the vampires will clash one day.
Likes: Martial arts, reading, and fried foods.
Dislikes: Hot weather, domestic abusers, and salad.
Fears: That his own indecision will lead to disaster.
Strengths: Elijah is a very capable fighter be it unarmed, with weapons, long range or close range. He is also well versed in free running so he can chase after his quarry if they attempt to retreat. He is also very determined and will not give up easily.
Weaknesses: Elijah while versatile in many different forms of combat can be considered a jack-of-all-trades and a master-of-none. He isn't overly specialized in any style of combat and can be outshone by a master of a skill. Elijah also tends to be rather stubborn and it can be very difficult to persuade on some matters. Though his one true weakness is his sympathies toward the vampires. If they manage to learn of this they may be able to play him right into their hands.

"Subject interview, session one. Subject's name is Elijah Everret. Hello Elijah, how are you?"

"I can't complain. You?"

"I am fine, thanks. Let's get started with the interview. Tell me about your past, your childhood maybe?"

"I never knew my real mom or dad, so as you can probably guess I was adopted and quite, happily so. My surrogate father was a US marine and my mother was mostly a stay-at-home mom. They desperately wanted a child but my mom was infertile, so they ended up turning to adoption. Out of all the kids inside the hellhole of an orphanage I was in they decided to pick me.

"Care to describe this orphanage?"

"It was the typical crappy orphanage you find everywhere in fiction. Bullies ran the place, the staff was apathetic or down right abusive, and when a couple of soon-to-be surrogate parents walked in, the staff would spin wild tales about how their little orphanage was heaven on earth. I didn't have to many friends there either, most of them were adopted before me or I left them behind. Anyways, after my parents adopted me I basically lived the life of a normal kid, went to school, made friends, had fun, and made a little trouble on the side. Also, while growing up my dad taught me a lot about fire arms and fighting.

"I see and what about your more recent years? How did you come to find us or rather how did we come to find you?"

"After graduating high school, I began to become more curious about my original parents and eventually started my own country-wide investigation, supporting myself with whatever odd-jobs I could find. After a few successes here and some dead-ends there my search brought me here to Moonville. At first I didn't believe all the supernatural crap people said about this place thinking that it was just something to bring tourists. I was proven wrong when I found a vampire draining a woman dry one night. If that didn't make me believe what happened next would, one of your men approached me in a coffee shop, claiming to know who and what I was. I wrote the guy off as crazy but after he spilled a few important details about me I decided that maybe he was saner than I had led on. He told me to come to this address and all would be explained. I did as he said and then learned that I was a dhampir when I had arrived. They also told me that I was to protect a certain scientist from escaped vampires. Given little choice, I accepted this and the rest is current events.

"This concludes our interview Thank you for sharing your past with me and I look forward to have you working with us."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
"It has been at least half a year since I had first interviewed Elijah. Many have reported that their has been a change in behavior in Elijah. Some rumor that he may feel sympathy towards the vampires. Hello, Elijah, how are you?"

"I'm fine, but I'd like to get this interview over with."

"Very well then. Now there are rumors that you have been expressing sympathies for the Vampires lately. Are these rumors true?"

"I would be lying if I said they weren't."

"Might I ask why?"

"Recently I had to fight off a vampire who made an attempt on my scientist's life. Later on into the fight the vampire ran away but I pursued and struck a fatal blow. In his last words, the vampire thanked me he viewed death as a sweet release from the hell he had lived. He told me of the things they had done to him and the other vampires in gruesome and vivid details. For nights what this vampire had said haunted me so I decided to see if what he had said was the truth. I entered the building which the vampires were being researched, by the way you should probably bulk up security in there, and I began to investigate. I didn't see too much but I did hear a lot of screaming. After that I began to wonder why I should protect these 'people' who allow this kind of thing to happen. I don't want to hear that it's ok because they're not human, those screams sounded very human to me."

"I see, you have not done anything to damaging so you shall not be punished, but you must never disclose what you saw or heard there to anyone else. You will continue to protect your scientist regardless of this. Is that understood?"

"...Yeah."

"I'm glad we understand each other then."

Image

Subject feels sympathies towards vampires. Though he has not made any show of defiance towards our organization, he should still be kept under careful scrutiny. If he betrays us we may have no choice but to terminate him.

n a m e ; Alaina Faith Robins
Bonjour, I see you have stumbled across my little slice. So I happily welcome you though I must warn you, I tend to be a tad critical, or so say. But anyways I am Alaina. That is pronounced a-lan-y-a. Please do not mess it up, I do not appreciate such a thing. Alaina comes from French heritage, I'm not completely sure what it means however. I am named after my grandmother who was killed when crossing to America on a tragic "boating accident". The rest of my family believes my grandfather killed her when she back talked him. Needless to say he grew up in a family where women were supposed to be submissive and weak. So that being the case I'm not sure why in the world he would have married such a strong will woman such as my grandmother. I suppose he was different when he was younger and married her. Oh well, the past is the past and nothing can be done to change it. My middle name is Faith. It is pronounced f-ai-th. Now, for those of you who like blood types and all that jazz here is where my middle name comes from. My mother is Rh negative, meaning she has no Rh in her body, really not a big deal except for if she has kids. My older brother who is Rh positive, helped my mother to produce anti Rh antibodies, things that would fight off all Rh in her system. Well when I was in the womb I too was Rh positive. Here is where the bad part starts. Seeing as though I was Rh positive my mother's anti Rh antibodies began to kill off my Rh, as well as my red blood cells. She was beginning to lose hope, certain that I would die. But I did not and I was born-although I needed a blood transfusion. To remind herself to always keep faith she made my middle name Faith. My last name is Robins, pronounced ra-b-ins. As is normal, it is my father's last name which transferred over to me. Seeing as though I do not like going a hundred years into history I am not all too sure about where the last name Robins comes from. I suspect it comes from somewhere in England where my father's ancestors come from. Well, there goes our introductions. Au revoir.

a g e ; 24
It seems as though you wish to continue no? Well I suppose I should inform you of my age then. I am currently 24 years young. I am not old darling, old is above the age of forty in my book. But anyways I believe I was born on a rather cold January night. It was the 20th that month, a lovely shining day. Just kidding with you darling, it was pouring down rain and lightning was lighting up the night sky. My father even says when lightning struck and blinded the room is when I "popped out" as he so eloquently put it. It was a rather odd thing to say if you ask me, why not just say you came out. Popped out sounds like a child was sucking their thumb, pulled it out their mouth, and it made a 'pop' sound. Wouldn't you say? Well I would.

g e n d e r ; Female
Oh mon Dieu ... Vous êtes un grand idiot que je pensais. This has to be the most idiotic question I've ever heard in my entire life! You are really quite the character you know? Barely even into meeting me and you've already pinched my nerves! What man, or boy for that matter, looks like me. Have you ever seen a man that looks like this? Long blonde hair? Possibly. Curves? No! Breasts? Most certainly not! Gosh! You know you really are something! Why you must be a rocket scientist no? Well I would hope not! Because you would be the worst ever composed! I am clearly female! But I doubt you can tell the difference you blind marsupial!

ImageImage

"I seek not the troubles of my past, but the beginnings of my future."

h a i r ; blonde
My hair is very simple to explain. Blonde. See? How hard was that? Hm? More? You want more. After everything you've already asked? Fine, fine, I'll play along. So basically my hair is blonde, but I have natural low lights and highlights in them. It isn't a very wide range at all but it's decent. I have what is called beeline honey blonde hair, weird name I know. But they just had to come up with a name for every shade right? And well basically there are highlights which probably get a shade or two lighter, they're more noticeable then my lowlights which are generally hidden beneath all my hair. And if you're wondering, my hair is quite the lovely thicket. Meaning it is very very very thick. And I don't exaggerate, it is really thick. A lot of my friends compare my hair to a dog's, simply because we shed the same amount. Sadly enough it's probably true. I mean have you ever seen my hair in the morning? It's a tad ridicolous. My hair can normally be found up and out of the way. I don't wear it down very much, but when I do I take time with it and make it look nice. And it isn't like it looks horrible up either, I do do something new with it from time to time.

e y e s ; green
I am one of the 2% of Earth's population to have green eyes. So yes I do have a rare eye color, but considering the fact that there are 7 billion people in the world, it doesn't seem that rare. But it is, recessive gene after all. In fact my family has carried the gene for many years now, but I am the first one for it to show since my great-grandmother. You can imagine how that floated over when I was born. Everyone freaking out because little Alaina had green eyes! Oh no! As I heard it was quite the fiasco. How I wish I could have understood it. But back to my eyes. They are a very vibrant green, not hazel, they're green. Stone cold green. Throughout my eyes areas where it is a bit of a lighter hue, they all seem to be connected and go around a circle in my eye. And I also have a darker ring around the outside, which looks alright.

b o d y t y p e ; curvy ; 5'7 ; 124
Despite what people think seeing as though I spend my time inside I do have a decent body type. I guess it's normal for girls, and I would hope not for guys. It would be weird to see a bunch of guys with curves everywhere no? So yes I do have a curvy body type and I am somewhat proud of it. Because when I do go outside I tend to spend a lot of time outside, running around and causing trouble. And I'm sure you'll learn later on I have a sharp tongue, so yes, I do get into trouble. But that is for another time! I have curves in what my mother calls "all the right places". Personally I don't think so, I think I just have big hips. Someone told me that one day, and I slapped them. Hard. Across the face. In front of a cop. Don't ask ever again. So, yes that is my body type. Weight and height? Je n'ai jamais entendu une telle question irrespectueux! You cannot just ask a lady her weight! That is disrespectful and rude! But if you must know! I am 124 pounds and 5 foot 9 inches! Now get out! Go! You are no longer welcome in my presence!

g e n e r a l ; average
Oh! So know you ask something I don't get offended by! Well you know what-I can't say that. It would be too rude of me to do so and I shall not stoop that low of a level. So let us get onto it shall we? I would say I'm probably average. Pretty yes but not beautiful. And no, I am not saying that because I have low self-esteem, I have self-awareness. Beautiful is for models and movie stars and the occasional woman on the streets. I would say my mother is beautiful, she really is. But I don't want to get side-tracked. So you have all those basics but you have yet to see my facial structure things. I do have a broad jaw line, and my face isn't really round. On a man this type of jaw may be more attractive than on my face. But so far I've made it work out just fine. After all, I don't like having features that look like they may cut you at any given moment. I have full lips as others have described them, and all too often a cigarette is placed between them. Nasty habit I know, but it's addictive. I have an average sized nose I guess, I'm not really sure. I've never thought of it as too small or too big, I guess it depends on the size of the person's face. My eyes seem to be a little droopy at the sides but whatever. They're kind of wide anyways so I guess it may help to make them look smaller. As stated earlier I do have a very curvy body, but I'm not overly skinny or anything. I do have some muscle on me, from what, I don't know. But I don't have an athletic body, I think I eat too much for that. And something all my friends hate is the fact that I can eat and eat without gaining weight. Surprise!

ImageImage

"If I am crazy, then you sir, do not know true genius."

p e r s o n a l i t y ; critical/sarcastic/sharp-tongued/calm
And we have finally arrived at the part everyone has been waiting for! As you have probably already guessed I can be a tad bit critical, well I guess you may not have guessed that quite yet. I haven't really had the chance to criticize you yet have I? Lucky you, it'll come around soon so don't worry. It isn't like I criticize about every little thing either, I have what I like to consider a healthy level of criticization. I won't do it just because I can. So don't be concerned about every little thing you do around me. And as I'm sure you guessed already-this one was quite obvious-I am very easily offended. I do not pretend I am not, I know I am. Even a slip of the tongue about some minor thing can offend me and I tend to go on the offensive very quickly. So don't be surprised if I randomly snap at you. It's best if you just think about what you're going to say before you say it. If you do that then we can all get along and be happy together! But if you happen to slip-up, no worries. I calm down pretty easily. Quick enough to where nothing ever gets physical. I am also a little sarcastic, it is more subtle though. And I think a select few people have begun to mistake my sarcasm for stupidity. I say there are the stupid ones though. I mean if they just learned what sarcasm was then they wouldn't think I was stupid! They're the stupid ones! But anyways, enough of that. I don't focus on those things all too often. I am also sharp-tongued, which kinda goes hand in hand with critical. And for those of you who don't know what a sharp tongue is it means I'm skilled at giving insults basically. Which makes me a smart --- at times, more often then others. Such as in school, I often snapped back at teachers with an insult of which they had no clue how to reply to. So that's part of it. What most don't expect from me of all people is that I am generally a very calm person. I don't freak out much and I don't go jump around everywhere. People who do that actually kind of bother me strangely enough. And as always, when I actually find a person who doesn't bother me to no end. I can be nice from time to time and even indulge in a nice laugh. But don't expect that to happen right away. It isn't very often it does in fact, most of the time people never stop bothering me. But once you get there I promise it's mostly worth the trouble.

h i s t o r y ; Exciting
So, before I go on with my history I should tell you a little of my parent's first. My father's parents sailed from England to America a long time ago, and as mentioned earlier my grandmother died during the journey. So my father was raised by his grandfather the whole time. Well, when my father finished high school he and his friends planned a trip to France a year or so later, to which my father was happy to go since my grandfather beat him a lot. Eventually they were up and ready to go, eager for an adventure. While traveling in France their car broke down a mile or so from a families home-that family being my mother's. Once there the family offered them refuge until someone could come for the truck. But during the night it was stolen and so they had no way to get back. My mother's family agreed to let them stay the week until my mother's father got back-he was the only one with a truck. And as much as my parents didn't really expect it they fell for each other. And did a night of the dirty-to which my mother got pregnant. Well, the trip for them all was going to last two or three months, so my mother was able to find my father before he left. And, my father being the man he was, said he would help her in anyway he could from America. Until my mother's father aimed a gun at his head and demanded he marry his daughter. Literally, my grandfather held a gun to my dad's head and forced him into marriage. And my dad agreed, and moved into France completely forgetting his own father of who he hated! So my parents settled down and nine months later there I was! Now in France I was a good kid, but I was never satisfied. And around eleven years old my parents found out my dad's dad had died, and left him everything but only if he moved back to America. After a lot of discussion my parents finally decided it would be smart since they were having money problems. And so they went! In America I wasn't so good, I cut up a lot more. I even fell into a bad crowd. And there's a lot of things I've done throughout life that you can hear at a later time!

Okay, so I'm technically single, because most people don't understand the complex love of a person loving a bed. So I mean, what can you do? Not much really, get a boyfriend, or girlfriend. Whatever floats your boat. I however, am straight, heterosexual, or however you may say it. Sorry ladies, but I just don't really roll that way. I have nothing against those who do though, so, you know. Roll your own way. I have my few friends, those who could actually deal with me for a while. As well as my enemies who just couldn't take my level of thought. Or those I intentionally peeved off. As far as family goes I have my father Reginald, my mother Elaina, and no siblings. I'm an only child.. It sucks. Don't ever wish to be an only child my friends.

Okay people. What I'm going to do I message the dhampirs who they are protecting and the vampires who they are hunting down. Please, please do not tell anyone else in the role play who you have got if you are a dhampir or vampire ... I thought it might be more interesting if it stayed a secret. (: If I have paired you with a reserved or altogether non-existent character, you will not receive a message at the moment.

I've been spending way too long checking my tongue in the mirror
And bending over backwards just to try to see it clearer
But my breath fogged up the glass
And so I drew a new face and laughed

Listen to the music of the moment, people dance and sing
We're just one big family
And it's our God-forsaken right to be loved loved loved loved loved
