How do you make it were you can't color over the lines? I have tryed checking the box that says "Lock Alpha but it doesn't work. :/

Hm... that should work. Are you sure you had selected the right layer when you checked the box?

How do you colour?

Click the "Color Me In" button under the picture at the top of the page.
That'll bring you into the Oekaki Painter. Once it loads, you'll see several panels on the screen, and if you look to the left, you'll see the one called "Layers." I've labeled all the layers that are already there, so find the one called "Line Art." Make a new layer underneath that and color away!
