ack!! ridiculously unfair to the cat!! go look at the auctions for a guideline as to what the cat is worth (which is a lot). everyone is auctioning one, and somehow everyone still seems to want one xD

I had a suspicion it was but I definitely wanted to get it checked out before I got swindled. xD

Another user told me it was unfair to me because it want on the advent list(or September?)? Could I have a third opinion?

Some people think that because a pet is on the Advent List, it's worth tons. It's not. It's only worth 6 or so mid '09 rares, with a couple being early, and they are offering WAY more than that.
The second trade you posted (which I didn't see) might be okay rarity-wise but I wouldn't take it demandwise.

first is unfair to you, yes. Mid advent and a slightly lower advent should be added.
Second I don't know, not good with items
Third looks fairish/unfair to them due to demand
