Awright, my fellow DPA'ers. I have a something to remind everyone about before it gets out of control. I had an auctioneer complain to me because someone from the DPA tried to get them to relax their auction rules, simply because they're from the DPA and were expecting help.

The DPA does not give handouts. You can find an auction and bid in it, and we'll help you. If you're going for a Black Advent, you can't offer three common '12 rats and expect us to make up the difference. We're all looking for our dream pets too! :3 If someone has to give the majority of their pets to help one person win, it's not fair to the other Seekers who will also need help, nor the Soldier(s) who have to help.

I'll wrap this up with three of the rules that I feel pertain to this situation. I want the DPA to maintain the reputation we used to have.

11. All Seekers must place their own good, strong bids in an auction, and only then will Soldiers come and add pets to increase your bid's value. Seekers must also make the best offer they can; they cannot offer common 09 pets for a rare pet and then expect the Soldiers to come add rare pets.

12. All Seekers and Soldiers must abide by the auctioneer's rules. Please make sure you read all of the rules posted for each auction and follow them carefully, as too many broken rules in auctions may count as broken rules as far as the DPA is concerned.

15. No Begging! Ever! Just because a Soldier has one of your Dream Pets doesn't mean you can ask for it - if they wanted to part with it, they would have already offered it to one of our Seekers. And unless a Soldier is feeling generous, nothing is free. To expect a Soldier to give you your Dream Pet for free when they might be attached to the pet is slightly arrogant and it is incredibly rude to our Soldiers. Begging in an auction the DPA is helping you with is illegal too. If we hear from an auctioneer that you are begging them to make your bid the winning bid, we WILL withdraw our support from you!!!

Ahh the banner dogs are really frustrating me :( I think it might just be me; I've only gotten those pumpkins tokens >:( I've stalked the auctions for a while now, people want ridiculous offers for their banner dogs LOL.

You have to read the rules, first off. It's explained in those, and there's a form you'll have to fill out and send to me. :3

The DPA isn't a group for showing off pets, really, it's more to help everyone in auctions to find their Dream Pets - usually VRs/'08s that it's almost impossible to win on your own.
