Acornstar purred and picked Minnowkit up by the scruff, rolling over and tossing the giggling kit into the air. When she fell, he caught his daughter and licked her nose.

Dapplebreeze smiled. "It's a shame about that day," she mewed. "I'm just glad it worked out between you and I." She purred, watching Amberkit play. Jaykit jumped on her sister, nawing on her ear.
