Char flicked his tail. "What are you so afraid of? Think that we're gonna hurt the little one?" He asked, tilting his head a bit and looking right in her eyes. "I've already assured you that I mean no harm to either of you." He told her, his eyes not leaving hers.

Char rolled his eyes. "Because we want you safe. Attitudes like that is how faes end up dead." He glanced at the little pup. "I think the pup would be safer with more than just you protecting it." He pointed out. The self control surprised even himself.
