It is just like sacrificing items. If you go here, you can click the type, like elder scalae, then see who has sacrificed what. Once sacrificed, there is the words "forever flying" by its name where "frozen" is when the cat is frozen. I am 99.9999% sure it cannot be undone.

Yeah... I have an elder Scalae, but also a Vitality potion, so.... Plus, I prefer to keep what few feli I have. XD
