.:Warrior Code:.

1. Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.

2. Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory.

3.Elders, queens, and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders. If any warrior or apprentice is sick or injured, they may eat while the elders, queens, and kits are eating.

4. Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life.

5. A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.

6. Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name.

7. A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.

8. The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies, retires or is exiled.

9. After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh.

10. A Gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time.

11. Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.

12. No warrior can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is from a different Clan.

13. The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code.

14. An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his/her battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or if it is necessary for self-defense.

15. A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.

Beech Leaves-Used to cary other herbs

Blackberry Leaves-Eases the swelling of bee stings

Borage Leaves-Helps produce more milk and brings down fevers

Burdock Roots-Lessens the pain of infected wounds

Burnet-Keeps a cat's strength up

Catchweed-Helps to keep a poultice on without hurting the skin

Catmint-Best remedy for Greencough and Whitecough

Celandine-Soothes damaged eyes

Chamomile-Keeps a cats strength up

Chervil-For infected wounds and bellyaches. Can be used doing kitting

Chickweed-Can be used for Greencough, though Catmint is preferred

Cobwebs-Used to keep a poultice on a wound and to soak up blood. It may also be used to mend broken bones

Coltsfoot-Eases breathing or kitten-cough. Also used for sore or cracked pads

Comfrey Roots-Used for itching and stiff joints

Daisy Leaf-Eases the pain of aching joints. It is also a travelling herb

Dandelion-Soothes and heal bee stings. Also used as a painkiller

Dock-Soothes sore scratches, though may sting when applied. It is also used for sore pads

Fennel-Soothes sore hips

Feverfew-Reduces fevers. Good for headaches

Goldenrod-Good for healing wounds

Heather Nectar-Makes swallowing easier and sweetens bitter mixtures

Honey-Soothes a sore throat, helps cats to swallow, sweetens bitter mixtures

Horsetail-Helps infections and stops bleeding

Juniper Berries-Soothes bellyaches, gives strength, helps troubled breathing, and helps calm cats

Lamb's Ear-Gives a cat strength

Lavender-Helps calm a cats. Also hides the scent of death

Mallow Leaves-Soothes a stomachache

Marigold-Stops infection and bleeding. It is good for stiff and sore joints

Mint-Hides the scent of death

Mouse Bile-Used to remove ticks

Dried Oak Leaves-Stops infection

Parsley-Stops a queen from producing milk if her kits die or no longer need it. Also used for bellyaches

Poppy Seeds-Used to put a cat to sleep, soothe pain and calm serve shock

Ragwort Leaves-Soothes sore and aching joints

Ragweed-Gives a cat strength and energy

Rosemary-Hides the scent of death

Rush-Helps keep a broken limb in place

Snakeroot-Thought to heal poison

Sorrel-Travelling herb

Watermint-Eases suffering that originates from a bellyache

Willow Bark-Eases pain

Wintergreen-Treats wounds and some poisons

Yarrow-Extracts poison from wounds. Will make a cat vomit up toxins. The ointment will soften and help heal cracked pads
