"I will do as you wish. But it seems that there is an unmentored apprentice." I start, flicking my tail in Spiritpaws direction while looking at Thunderstar. "And I was wondering who would be her mentor." I finish, hoping that I'd finally get an apprentice.

"I am well aware of that, Foxfire. We will carry out a ceremony once we return to our camp." meowed Thunderstar. He flicked his tail. "Now go! A Tribe cat has agreed to escort you."

Eclipse waited for the cats to come. She had agreed to escort them because Fang now had the company of a mate.

I nod my head and leave, reaching Eclipse before the others.

[Thunder.]

Eclipse saw a fiery red she-cat approach. Thunderstar had told her she was called Foxfire. Then two other cats, Glowingleaf and the to-be, no, apprentice, Thornpaw.

"Hello, I'm Foxfire, who are you?" I ask the cat, smiling in a friendly way.

[Thunder.]

"Eclipse," she meowed, stretching her paw, a traditional Tribe greeting.



Glowingleaf introduced herself and Thornpaw. She thought the Tribe cat's greeting was strange but not impolite.

Mosspaw stretched her paws and look at the clan.
