How do you find out about the pets that are going to be in the pound? Like knowing the rares and such?

For the first 10 times I adopted from the pound, I got a horse. xD

Here is how you find that stuff out c; Pets appear there when "the pound will open within ___" appears on the pound page. ;D

Why is it that I log in to see that the pound opens in 15 mins, and then forget about it until half an hour later? xD
I'm such a doofus. :p
