The Chooser glared at her evenly as she did to him. "Because. It's actually really simple. Your mother isn't here so I go for the next generation," he growled, lowering his head, preparing to attack her if she refused her mate in another way.

Moon narrowed her eyes at him. "So? What did Bionca and I ever do to you? Nothing. I get how you're made at my mother cause she found someone who was better than you, but this is just rediculous..." she said. She was surprised as he leaped at her. He was probably furious with her for practically embarrassing her in front of the whole pack, but he deserved it. Yet knowing that her mother once liked him, she had said that he wouldn't let anything hold him down and by the next full moon, he'd be back.

Jaykob snarled and joined in the fight, clawing at the Chooser with rage and fury. His yellow eyes shone with anger and protection for his friend as he aimed a blow for the Chooser's face. He was doing his job. He was guarding.

.:Cikala:.
Cikala watched the fight from afar and stared in horror at the three wolves. "Oh no."

The Chooser swiped at Jaykob's face. "This isn't your fight!" he snapped as he rake his long claws along Moon's flank, then taking a blow at her neck, the fur splitting aside as blood stained his claws. Feeling pretty satisfied after the embarrassment she had brought upon him by revealing his darkest secret, he backed away and looked up at the moon. "Pleasure seein you all for such a fine night," he snarled as he whipped around and bounded to the edge of Lover's Cliff. He threw his head back and howled to the sky, long and eerie sounding, then leaped into a boulder out of sight.

Moon had fallen to the ground and struggled to get up, her wounds stinging as they were pretty deep from The Chooser's long claws, or more like talons. Once she was up, her legs wobbled a bit until she could stand almost properly.

As the pack broke apart, Kat ran back to Renn. She narrowed her eyes through the snow. She looked over at Renn.

Jaykob found himself on his side panting. Man, the Chooser definitely knew how to fight hard and well. Then, he remembered Moon. When he turned to see her, she was staggering and blood was dripping from her wounds, staining the white snow. "Oh Moon." he whispered as he jumped up and trotted towards her. The wound on his face stung but it didn't matter. With a whimper of worry, he gently pressed himself against the lead healer so she could lean on him.

Cikala walked away but stared at Moon for a moment more. The wolf was surely brave, but because of her bravery, she had gotten injured. The golden-tan wolf blinked once before bounding back towards camp. Everytime a Choosing occurred, Cikala felt bad afterwards and she would normally have a bad dream the same night. Reluctantly, she laid down in the snow, sheltered by some trees. The cold wind bit at her skin and she shivered violently, however she tried to remain strong.

Blaze saw Cikala head away from the cliff first an wondered what was wrong. He padded after her and came up alongside her silently. "Hey...What's wrong?" he asked her.

Moon smiled softly as Jaykob came over. "You didn't have to do that. He's just a sour-puss..." she muttered as she leaned her self lightly against him. She had a scratch along her flank, a deep one on her neck, and a small one that was below one of her two silver eyes.

Cikala heard a voice and looked up from her spot with wide green eyes. "Just... Scared. You know. The Choosing. It gets to me every night." she never meant to say all those words at once, but they just tumbled out of her. She felt warm all of a sudden and pawed at the snow carefully.

.:Jaykob:.
Jaykob tried to lighten up the mood, so he chuckled. "Oh don't I know it." he said softly as he stared ahead. Jay actually enjoyed it when he was around Moon, but he didn't like the fact that she was hurt.

Kat ran over to Moon. She scrambled around, trying to find something to stop the bleeding. "I cant find anything!" she said, blending in with the snow.

Moon inhaled shakily as she was slammed to the ground and her chest hurt, but she tried to brush it off. "Come on, let me look at that scratch that he gave you..." she said as she looked up at him with luminous eyes, the moon itself reflecting of of them. She smiled at Kat. "I'll be fine. I'm a healer, I can take care of myself."

Blaze nodded and settled beside her in the snow. "Ok. Well you'll be fine. Don't worry I'll watch over you, and if I see that you're having a nightmare then I'll wake you," he told her resmassuringly.

Kat nodded, still worrying about Moon. She found Renn through the snow and walked back to him, shaking the snow off her coat
