Human Name: "Tyler -Beth- Rosewood"

Gender: "Female"

Description: "I have, unlike my 1P, long straight raven black hair with pale blue eyes and pale skin. On my right arm and shoulder are a few scars, nothing really to worry about to much. What I wear the most... Hm... I live over in the colder spots of my state where it snows and hardly is ever warm.

So I wear a winter coat, one of those creamy tan ones with the soft animal fur on the insides but is leather on the outside. I also wear jeans, mostly baggy and oversized, with tall winter boots. The boots pretty much look like the coat. My uniform is the same as my normal clothes, but with normal boots and skinny jeans..."

Personality: "Not to say it front of the other states or anything, I'm one of the more softer of the group. I'm still strong and firm, but I would rather be working on getting my state's paperwork and just work period done. Others don't really understand why I don't like fighting as much, nor do I kill like them. It's going to be hard the day I tell them I'm too soft for those things, but for now that's hidden within me, haunting my thoughts. I'm neat, and make sure to always give out my opinion on things I guess... I can be shy at times, and I have my moments..."

Family: "Not really... I don't see the other states as my family really, even if I'm sure I have a few brothers or sisters within them.."

Friends/Rival/Enemies: "I don't really have any rivals or enemies, and I get along well with all of the other states. I think my closest friend is New York though..."

Pets: "I dislike animals.... But I do own a short haired she-cat named Moo...."

Human Name: Adam Jones
Gender: Male
Description (Looks + Clothing/No pics, sorry!):

2P!New York has very bright tan, almost blonde hair is always kept messy around the frame of his head, his bangs usually covering his forehead and one of his eyes, normally the left one. (2P!New York lets his bangs grow out while 1P!New York cuts them short, thus the large difference in hairstyle.) Speaking of which, his eyes were a bright green shade, resembling that of an emerald. He seems to be slightly shorter than his 1P counterpart, although this is only because he stands - and sits - slumped. In fact, if the two were to stand straight and back to back, 2P!New York would be an entire inch taller. His skin tone is a somewhat fair shade, although leaning a bit more on the tan side than the pale side. His usual attire consists of clothes that he finds comfortable and what are in his opinion "cool". He wears a plain, electric blue shirt with an white jacket on top. In the summer and spring, the jacket is a slim sweater with pockets and random black spiral designs here and there. However, in the fall and winter, he switches it out with a heavier one, that is pure white and has a fluffy collar as well as a hood. His pants alternate from blue jeans to black jeans, with every style you could imagine: ripped, worn/faded, casual, baggy, skinny, etc. 2P!New York's shoes are black, white, and grey sneakers, although at times he wears the exact same patterned shoes, only heelies. Finally, he wears a black, snug hat that sticks to his head to cover most of his hair, save the bangs. The edge of the hat has three white lines running around it.

Personality:

2P!New York's personality is as drastic a change as his appearance is. The state absolutely despises work, especially paperwork, and will do anything in his power to avoid it. Politics and financial cr*p bore him, and he would much rather be walking his streets, enjoying his cities. His hobbies include chewing bubblegum, smoking cigarettes, watching T.V., playing video games, and eating. He will eat literally anything, and throughout his entire state he has set up just about every type of cuisine you could imagine; French restuarants, Italian wine, Chinese takeout, and anything else that isn't British food. He is sometimes considered to be the most street smart of all the states, since he spends all of his time gathering knowledge off the streets instead of using his actual government to do it. He is also associated with many sources that the other states do not know about, which makes them worry about where he gets his information and whether or not it is reliable. Now, underneath all of this, is the the usual instinct of a 2P. He loves torture, gore, mauling, and, of course, killing. With street smarts comes street skills; 2P!New York has run into more fights in dark alleyways than people 1P!New York sued. He can use his fists, a knife, and almost any gun with exceptional skill, although he finds automatic machine guns most enjoyable. Beneath all of his laziness, general lack of what's going on in the world, and "cool" image, 2P!New York is an intelligent and cunning little devil.

Family: Original 13 Colonies
Friends/Rival/Enemies: Best friends with California, somewhat rivals with Vermont, enemies with basically no one.
Pets: A dark grey American Pitbull Terrier with a tall and lean frame (for a pitbull, that is) and a white chest, who is named Rambo.

(That sad, SAD moment when you realize 2P!New York represents New York way better than he 1P does... and that you spent more time working on the 2P form than the 1P one...)

Texas looked over to NY "do you think that one girl did it? you know, the one girl who likes you?" she asked, and then added in a mumur "and that you obviously like back" she paused in wait for NY's answer

"Girl who likes me?" New York asked, clearly taken by surprise at the question and not sure who Texas was talking about. Barely managing to make out the second part, his eyes narrowed. "I shall have you know that-" he started, but before he could go into an allout rant, his phone started vibrating in his jacket pocket. Blinking, he thought I just changed my number yesterday! as he picked up, no number displayed on the collar ID. Odd. "Hello, this is the state of New York, I am currently in an important meeting right now, who is this?" he asked angrily.

Caribbia smiled, even if NY couldn't see him "you know who's calling, silly!" she said, almost laughing "ah, you and you're important meetings..." she trailed off "so what's it about this time?" she asked

California sat up alittle and stared over at New York, was that Caribbia she heard? Ohmygosh, I haven't seen Caribbia in so long! She kept staring, trying her best to listen in.
